Help in troubled times

Jessica and CJ were there to help me in my hour of most need; I had a medical emergency and needed a room, FAST. And to cap it- I left my expensive watch in my room and these folks are so AWESOME- or true QUALITY people they saved it for me. You don’t see people like that much in this sad world we are dealing with. I plan to write the CEO of your chain to make sure that they are recognized. I am amazed and blown away by these two wonderful ladies. Most assuredly will come back next trip. Thanks girls! Lori Zambrana McIntosh

I would give a zero rating if I could. I booked the room online. The pics on the Quality Inn website made it look like a nice, safe, clean place to stay, and with a 3.9 rating, I really didn't have a reason to think otherwise. When my daughter and I pulled in to the establishment, I immediately got an "Oh, no" feeling. Men were standing all around the parking lot just hanging out at their trucks. A couple of the room doors were open with men standing around those and talking also. The parking lot was very dark, making me feel very uneasy. I told my daughter to come with me to check in, as I was not leaving her in the car alone. As we walked by one pickup truck, one of the men spoke and nodded at my teenage daughter, and not in a friendly way! In an appraising way, looking both of us up and down. Before we even made it to the door to enter the lobby, I turned around and told my daughter we were not staying there, regardless of the money I would not be getting back for my non-refundable reservation. Those same 3 men were looking at us, nodding and smiling as we walked back to my car. We got in, I locked the door, and found a different hotel to stay in for the night. Shame on Quality Inn for making their pics online look like it was a good place to stay! I felt scared from the second I pulled in to their dark parking lot. It was obviously a place men who work on road crews stay. NOT family friendly.
Old, dirty, maybe unsafe

I was honestly disappointed in this hotel. It was my first time at a Quality Inn, and if they are all like this, I won't be looking to stay at another. The room felt dirty, lots of marks on the walls, the tub was tiny, the bathroom was tiny, several things were broken in the room, the window was filthy, the carpet in the hall outside the room was worn and dirty. The second night of our stay the maid had taken our dirty towels but didn't leave any new ones. Our room faced I-35 and we heard all the traffic going by until about 11:30pm. I don't know how else to say it, but the guests staying there didn't make you feel all warm and fuzzy. Lots of rough looking people hanging out on the balcony at 10:30 at night when we drove up. Made me glad to have my pistol on me.

I had several occasions on which I had to deal directly with Jessica the front desk clerk usually working day shift. my experiences with her has been wonderful. She is not only professional but she is welcoming, understanding and very patient. She should definitely be recognized for her ability to make people want to come back to this hotel. I hope everyone could come to this hotel and just meet her once you will never ever regret it. Thank you Jessica for making our experience with quality inn and suites wonderful.
