David Price
No restaurant for evening meal or even a bar (all vending machines). Rooms very simple, dark and outdated. Air con/heater system not working in entire hotel and despite it only being a typical autumn night the room was too hot. Ok to lay your head I suppose but after 2 nights of my week stay I checked out in disgust.
No phone support avaiable
I booked a night from 12/07 to 13/07/19. My credit card was twice charged. After several calls (at least 30 calls over the last 3 weeks) I never reached anyone at the hotel reservation. Never ever. So I try to make a reclamation. Next will be to cancel the payment. I am really unhappy!
Worse Hotel ever
Dreadful run down hotel. Due to channel tunnel delays and heavy traffic we were running very late for the hotel we had booked on Orleans. We pulled over at 11pm at night and found this hotel, it was this or nothing. But it was dreadful, I cannot think of a worse place we have stayed at in years. Very run down and urgently needing updating, it also had an odd smell about the place? The bed was very lumpy and the room had seen better days, it was like a poor 1960's hotel...
Good place for a night stop
Needing a place to stay on the way down from Northern France, this was convenient with decent parking, clean and available late Saturday night / Sunday Morning. Gent in reception was pleasant friendly face for very tired travellers. Merci.
Paris sights
Very nice hotel to stay at, we travelled with a local coach firm and was very pleased with the choice of hotel. All rooms were in pleasant and very nice position, our room over looked the motorway and though we could see the traffic we could not hear it. The breakfast was extremely good the only problem was the shortage of cereal bowls and plates, a few extra staff at breakfast would have solved the problem. Also we did not find the chairs at breakfast time very comfortable rather low and slightly tipped back, not very easy to get out off, We enjoyed the whole trip to Paris and would recommend any one to the hotel.
