A wonderful stay during Rosh Hashana.

This last Rosh Hashana, our family had a very successful stay at the Hotel Ruth Dan Tsfat. Everything was just perfect. The hotel is particularly beautiful and its concept is very original. You access the rooms in small alleys in the authentic style of Tsfat. There are several small quiet places to rest, a very pleasant 22-meter swimming pool, under the supervision of Aryeh the very friendly lifeguard.
But the strong point of this hotel is, with no doubt the service, at all levels, at all times of the stay. All the staff is in constant care. Room service, during meal, all the staff take care of our comfort. Yoram Revivo, responsible for customer service, does not spare any efforts. For 3 days, we saw him run in all directions, to help carry our suitcases, serve us champagne or ice cream by the pool. We really loved our stay and will certainly come back with the whole family!

We went there for a long weekend with the family. Driving up the hill, winding through the old streets of Safed /Zefat you arrive at the hotel, it has ample parking both on the street and an on site car park behind a gate. The lobby was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The front desk staff were wonderful, smiling, friendly and very efficient. We had arrived early so they gave us use of the pool till the rooms were ready. The walk to the pool gave us the first experience of the amazing gardens and incredible buildings. Absolutely breath taking. the pool is just a little walk through this amazing property, it was clean spacious and the cold water was perfect in the hot weather. The rooms were ready ahead of time. We walked through the clean hallway and across a little outdoor corridor draped with vines, opened the rooms and wow, so nice, so clean, so well laid out and the balcony was fantastic , our two rooms shared the balcony. It was huge, with chairs and a table and an incredible view. In the room all the fittings were in good working order, the TV was new and had a great channel selection, the beds wonderfully comfortable and the pillows perfect. The air conditioner looked new and worked well, the WiFi was free and just fine.We received bottles of water, a plate of fruit and nuts. Everything was just perfect. We went down to dinner a few hours later, to a spacious cool dining room, the food was exquisite salads, various poultry dishes, beef , fish, soups, sides deserts..you name it they had it and it was all delicious, accompanied with a great bottle of wine it was a fantastic dinner with great service. We slept well and the next day breakfast was once again amazing, something for everyone and once again wonderful service. Sadly we only stayed 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer at this delightful, perfect hotel with it's amazing staff and incredible views. By the way, everything was Covid compliant. I will definitely go back there. If you are in Israel and need to be in the north of the country, don't miss this gem of a hotel.
Outstanding Experience from A-Z

An exceptional hotel covering a large area with low rise buildings dating back 800 years. It has alley ways, flowers, greenery and lots of quiet beautiful corners with comfortable chairs and shade. The swimming pool area is lovely. The staff are warm and extremely professional. The dining room has three different areas including a shaded garden. The hotel was full but it was always quiet, calm and peaceful. Special thanks to Dinar, Vivian, Zeinab, Shai, Graciela and Yoram for going the extra mile to make this such a memorable experience.

It was our first time staying at this hotel and it exceeded
our expectations. The rooms are large and clean, the poolside has a very relaxed atmosphere, just like the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is good and the service is excellent. Tzfat is charming and the surroundings offer many options for day trips and activities. Great choice of restaurants in Rosh Pinah
