great holiday if your Spanish
this hotel was very nice But only if your spanish i don't blame the hotel but sunshine holidays for not telling us. food and entertainment was rubbish food was to salty and not very nice, entertainment was all Spanish not good if your English our grandson couldn't join in as he couldn't understand any one .most bar staff ignored or couldn't understand when trying to get a drink also be aware that the slides on the front of the building is free to enter and use as ur staying at the hotel but the drinks and food are not free which I think is a bit deceiving u can not bring any thing from ur hotel across even though we were all inclusive . the rooms were supposed to be cleaned everday dont get me wrong the maids did come in but not much cleaning was done . The pool area was nice and within walking distance on to a private sandy beach .
very bad hotel and accommodations, do not go there!
The only good point of this hotel is the aquatic park for the kids. All the rest was worse than poor! Rooms very small, no place to park the car outside and neither in the parking of the hotel so if you do not pe book a place you will have a very big issue. FOOD IS VERY BAD, and basically attention is bad too. There is nothing around to do, you will need car for everything and if you do not have a place to park the car in the hotel, then it could take 2 hours to find a place outside. We will never repeat again in this place.
Holiday Best Cap Salou
We visited this hotel for the thirth time in a row starting 2018 on a half pension basis. Very pleased by the service of the hotels personnel especially the people of the dining room..Mr Ortiz, Pedro and Lori! The food was as always excellent! Rooms cleaned on daily basis. We also praise the hotels location directly by the beach, wonderful! We really feel us at home in Best Cap Salou. We definitely will book for 2021 again! Although we hope without covid19! We would recommend this Hotel to everyone and especially for your family holiday! Go Go Best Cap Salou, and till next year! Bullen Udo Belgica

The hotel was very clean.rooms cleaned daily.we went all inclusive and the food was lovely and fresh everyday, they had a wide range of drinks to choose from at the pool bar.the slide pool was great for the kids.its a 2min walk to a small beach.the staff were very friendly the only issue was the kids entertainment was mostly in Spanish so my kids couldn't really join in during the day.i had 2 spa treatments and the ladys couldn't speak English. I understand it is a Spanish hotel but they are catering for the European market.
Great stay lovely beach on the door step good local bars
Lovely hotel great kids pool very clean in all areas. Rooms are of a good size and well equipped would stay again . Suited to families or couples best. Beach right next to hotel and beach bar . Plenty of entertainment seemed to be on Offer breakfast was good nothing to complain about for the price
