This hotel was fine (but overpriced) for one night but I would not book again. When we arrived, there was a line at the front desk for quite a while as no one was attending the reception area. The next morning when we went down for the free breakfast, nothing was ready as of 7:10. Also, how does an airport hotel not start serving earlier? Disappointed with the service received, especially for the price we paid.
Understaffed and lack of communication

I was not notified of my room downgrade due to the hotel being overbooked either before or at check-in. Had to find out after going into the room and seeing the discrepancy and only after going back to the check-in desk did they tell me the information. The staff offered to give me extra marriott bonvoy points to make up for the situation. In addition, while out of the control from the hotel, there was a disruptive group of teenager boys from a hockey team staying there and they were knocking on doors and being extremely loud in the hallway calling out "housekeeping". The staff did offer me to choose any item from the store as a make up for the circumstances. The hotel was clearly understaffed. The morning of mother's day, there was basically no hot food items by 8am because "they didn't have staff due to it being mother's day". There was one lady who worked there who was diligently trying to help refill the other food items, but still didn't make up for the fact that a number of food options were unavailable.

The management and staff at this hotel are the best. They are kind and go above and beyond and out of their way to help. The hotel and rooms are very nice and clean as well, but the staff make this property excellent.

This hotel offers airport shuttle and that was really convenient. Quick check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle was on time. Rooms were spacious and clean. Restaurants close by. All covid measures were followed.
Flight Canceled Stay

Flight got canceled, so had to find a place to stay - and it was late. No airport shuttle because they didn’t have a driver. They said they would reimburse for taxi or transport from airport. First room had tv missing from bedroom, the phones didn’t work, and the room felt worn and in need of maintenance. The floor needed to be vacuumed. They moved me to another room - floors and carpeting needed to be cleaned, lights didn’t work in the sitting area, and the tub was full of water. The staff were friendly and helpful. No COVID protocols and no masking by staff or front desk. Overall - felt it needs to improve to Marriott standards as far cleanliness and replacing worn feel of hotel.
