Phone in room wouldn't hold a charge, room key stopped working second night, furniture was pretty worn, nearly impossible to use the switches on the bedside lamps, plumbing in the next room was so loud I had to close the bathroom door. For that price, I expected more/better.

This is centrally located. Rooms are large suites, great for 2+. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. It's about 10 minute walk from the convention center (not to be confused with Hyatt Regency connected to the convention center).

Awesome staff, eager to make sure you have a great stay, treat you like family. Provided feedback to all of our questions and even gave us information on other things to do and see. Where very helpful explained how the downtown transportation system works.

Great location, great staff and superb facilities, breakfast was delicious with great choice. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped, reception staff were exceptionally helpful, will definitely use them again

As a European traveller it is always a pleasure to find the size of the rooms so large, almost like a small apartment. The staff on reception were what made this hotel stand out. Yes, location to downtown restaurants was great but the room decor was a little dated but cannot fault it . Stayed 4 nights and if in SLC again would definitely stay here
