This hotel isn’t worth the money. Pictures were beautiful but when you arrive, you feel uncomfortable to step out of your vehicle. Staff is friendly but that’s all the positive I got. Oh a gas station is across the street. Otherwise the rooms aren’t all fully cleaned. Mine had stains on the sheets and our toilet and sink were also not cleaned. I shouldn’t have to see poop stains on the rim/seat of the toilet when I arrive to a new room. Otherwise the room is decent. Now to the fun part. The whole uncomfortable to step outside. I was moving my sister so we had a bunch of luggage and various other items strapped to trucks. All of which are easily accessible. When you park to unload for the night, you notice various hotel rooms are trashed and the outside parking lot on the south side of the complex is filthy. On top of that the interior stair access has a bunch of trash and homeless people storing stuff there and I’d assume staying there overnight. I don’t blame the homeless for doing what they have to do but cmon. With everyone staring at our trucks after we left to the room (we know cause my friend and I watched them linger around them from upstairs), we decided to alternate check ups on the trucks every hour throughout the night just to try to be sure our stuff we were hauling wasn’t stolen. Just spend the extra 20 bucks to stay somewhere where you have a sense of security. If we weren’t strapped for money cause of the relocation I would’ve just left to another hotel and they could’ve kept my 70 dollars.

The room I was given hadn't been cleaned yet. And it was nasty. How was this mistake made? It took an hour to resolve and I had to change my plans around. I was then put in an inconvenient room on the second floor. I have mobility issues, and the front desk was going to send help to get my luggage up the stairs. No one came. The room curtains were broken and I tried to fix, but could not. Told the front desk, went out to dinner, and 4 hours later I slept exposed with the curtains open. Next morning I could not find help to get my belongings down the stairs. It was a nasty motel too and very uncomfortable.
Keep away from this Ramada

First, I've been a Wyndham Diamond Member for decades which means I travel a lot on business. So in all my years of travel this will only be my 2nd complaint. Life has its ups and downs so something has to be seriously egregious to get a complaint from me. I like Ramada and La Quinta as they used to be consistent in quality and security, being a woman usually traveling alone. This Ramada looked fine in the pictures but not so much in person. It is definitely a dated, run down 70's property. I had already made reservations and it was late so couldn't change. First it says I stayed 4 days when in fact it was only 3. I'll see if I can post pictures to show I checked in at the Rainbow Casino Hotel in Nevada Sunday night Oct 3rd. I did book for 4 days as occasionally do but let them know at check-in I might not be staying Sunday night. I rarely do this and have always been told by hotels no problem just let us know by 2 o'clock on Sunday. It's never been or had a problem till this stay. So Saturday told them I would not be staying Sunday night. Didn't seem to be a problem as no response. It was a king room and to be fair, although a run down property, it was for the most part clean. However, a king room usually has 4 pillows but this had only 3 small pillows plus it had no hand towels. Since the phone didn't work I had to walk to the desk to ask for towels and more pillows. This motel also had outside entrances and had people hanging around outside. The unpleasant desk lady said twice she'd bring some to which none ever arrived any day. Sunday when I went to check out, before I could say anything the same unpleasant desk lady said the computer didn't work. So I said something hand written would be nice so I at least had a record. Was told no but she'd get my email and send it. To which as expected, never happened because she never asked for my name or room number and its a big place. I can tolerate rude, as we all get up on the wrong side of the bed sometimes, however, she went way beyond rude to being downright dismissive. I also contacted Wyndham Diamond customer care on Sunday to let them know I was checking out Sunday morning and not staying the 4th day. Told them the situation, since I had no proof and the staff didn't say ok or anything I wanted to document my complaint with them as well. He stated he would let me know and I'd hear back something by Thursday the 7th. To which nothing. Kept an eye on my back account and as expected they charged for that fourth day. I waited a few days to see if they would do the right thing and refund the extra day but nothing. Called Wyndham again today and they put me directly over to Ramada customer care. I was truly surprised at their response. Was told that cancellation needs to be 24 hours before and it does say that on the confirmation email. However, most anyone would assume that would be if you never showed up at all! Plus its never been an issue before. I have always chosen Wyndham properties because of the consistency which seems to be waning and this is a glowing example. As I stated something has to be egregious for me to complain. I liked Wyndham because of their rewards program and number of properties available on my travels. However, several other hotel chains have improved their rewards program's and number of properties. To which I do stay at when no Wyndham properties are available. If the quality keeps going down, this traveler will take her pocketbook elsewhere. Big corporations seem more and more to think the little person like me doesn't matter. My only weapon is my pocketbooks and reviews. To which I hope this helps at least one person avoid my mistake staying at this Ramada. That being said I will NEVER stay at a Ramada again.
Ok room, sketchy neighborhood
Reviewed 6 october, 2021
The room itself was ok at best, property was very run down and there were always homeless people and sketchy people on the property (assuming they were not staying there). Not a very nice location. Half the rooms had busted out windows and looked like they had been broken into.
