Checked in with very cheap online rate we booked in advance. They saw we had a baby in a carrier, and offered a room closer to the entrance. We thought they were being nice, but they added on $100 to the bill for their 'kindness'. Would not refund when we realized the additional expense at checkout. Had to call Wyndham Customer Service to get a refund, but it never came through. First tried to call the manager, they conveniently were never answering the phone at the front desk and would pretend their English was so poor they did not understand me. Despicable to prey on a young poorer family trying to travel on the cheap.

Stolen Catalytic Convertor + Bad Customer Service = 0/10

I purchased parking here for about 10 days when I flew home for Christmas. The parking was inexpensive and advertised as having a 24 hour attendant and security. Spoiler Alert: NONE of these things were true. I attempted to locate an attendant for 20 minutes after arriving to no avail. Another patron said they had been waiting for over an hour in the hotel lobby and no one was around. I tried calling the hotel even though I was standing in the lobby and there was no response. I had to catch my flight, so I ended up just leaving my car. After my trip, I get back to my car only to find I had a nice Christmas present of having my catalytic convertor stolen. So much for security!! And of course I try to locate an attendant again and there is no one. I don't know what kind of scam this hotel is pulling, but its complete bologna. So now I am out my insurance deductible, my rate increased, and I have been in angst for over a month trying to get it repaired. I cannot recommend this hotel less. Avoid at all costs!!

Homeless shelter
Reviewed 20 november, 2021
November 19th the Salt Lake City approved designating this a ' temporary homeless shelter' to give 250 rooms homeless people Nov. 2021 through April 2022. If you're comfortable being surrounded by alcoholics, drug users and prostitutes this is the place.

This hotel isn’t worth the money. Pictures were beautiful but when you arrive, you feel uncomfortable to step out of your vehicle. Staff is friendly but that’s all the positive I got. Oh a gas station is across the street. Otherwise the rooms aren’t all fully cleaned. Mine had stains on the sheets and our toilet and sink were also not cleaned. I shouldn’t have to see poop stains on the rim/seat of the toilet when I arrive to a new room. Otherwise the room is decent. Now to the fun part. The whole uncomfortable to step outside. I was moving my sister so we had a bunch of luggage and various other items strapped to trucks. All of which are easily accessible. When you park to unload for the night, you notice various hotel rooms are trashed and the outside parking lot on the south side of the complex is filthy. On top of that the interior stair access has a bunch of trash and homeless people storing stuff there and I’d assume staying there overnight. I don’t blame the homeless for doing what they have to do but cmon. With everyone staring at our trucks after we left to the room (we know cause my friend and I watched them linger around them from upstairs), we decided to alternate check ups on the trucks every hour throughout the night just to try to be sure our stuff we were hauling wasn’t stolen. Just spend the extra 20 bucks to stay somewhere where you have a sense of security. If we weren’t strapped for money cause of the relocation I would’ve just left to another hotel and they could’ve kept my 70 dollars.

The room I was given hadn't been cleaned yet. And it was nasty. How was this mistake made? It took an hour to resolve and I had to change my plans around. I was then put in an inconvenient room on the second floor. I have mobility issues, and the front desk was going to send help to get my luggage up the stairs. No one came. The room curtains were broken and I tried to fix, but could not. Told the front desk, went out to dinner, and 4 hours later I slept exposed with the curtains open. Next morning I could not find help to get my belongings down the stairs. It was a nasty motel too and very uncomfortable.
