Rude staff, put their views above good customer service. Don't clean rooms while you are there. Don't ask for anything
Rude staff, put their views above good customer service. Don't clean rooms while you are there. Don't ask for anything. They give you a hard time. Hidden fees. Charge your card repeatedly . Dishonest. Stay away. You are not saving money here. Also no breakfast or they charge for that also.
Perfect
This place was perfect for what we were needing and the food at the coffee shop was reasonably priced soup or salad main course and dessert it was spot on! Rages ranged from 8 years old to 72 and it was perfect for everyone rooms were clean and cute! Indoor outdoor pool was awesome. Hot tub was hot!
Beautiful Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City. Don't be fooled by the name
Stayed here in December, before Christmas and the hotel was very nicely decorated for the holidays, loved the fireplace in the lobby!. The name "Little America: is kind of misleading, as it sounds like some cheap roadside or dumpy airport hotel. If you are fortunate enough (I was) to stay in a Tower room, you will receive a luxury hotel room. I had to return again for work the second night, and was put in one of their rooms in the wing away from the main hotel/Tower. The wing rooms are sadly...aged but clean. Their room service menu had NOTHING vegan, so vegans should walk a short walk up Main Street towards Temple Square to The Green Pig pub, which has an awesome vegan and non vegan menu!
Discriminative Hotel Policies, Down right Lying.
Discriminative Hotel Policies, Refused to take my bank card for check in I had to use a credit card, Was told at check out my breakfast would be comped but instead they charged my credit card after I checked out, I will never stay there again.
Happy to leave and never come back
The best part of my stay at Little America was walking out the front door and never coming back. How this could a 4-star hotel is truly beyond me... - No signage for COVID health and safety guidance - Guests in lobby not wearing masks or social distancing - "Updated" rooms located in tower are outdated - Odd and unpleasant scent permeating room - Uncomfortable bed and pillows with scratchy bed linens - Thin and scratchy toilet paper - Unknown sticky substance on bathroom floor - Mercurial thermostat sporadically blowing hot air during night despite being set at 65F - Expensive parking My partner and I maybe got 2 or 3 hours of sleep that night. Quickly trying to forget this horrible hotel experience.
