Troubling guest service. I have never been treated so poorly by any hospitality industry professional. After prepaying for my stay I was refused my room or a refund because I was late checking in. It was my mistake but she was extremely rude.

Ok I was pleasantly surprised by this extended stay hotel. It was the first time I used woodsprings. I stayed there for a week at their weekly rate while on business. It was clean and the rooms have mini kitchens with a 2 burner cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. I brought a small grill with me so I could grill outside. It was a nice stay. The price was very reasonable.

Horrible check in experience

Terrible front desk experience. Had a tenant that had a plumbing issue in his house so I booked a hotel for him to spend the night. Booked directly through The hotel. I have booked hotels for people dozens of time and have never had an issue, the credit card was confirmed and everything, however when he went to check in they (the Karen at the front desk) would not let him check in without me downloading and filling out a written credit card authorization with a copy of my drivers license and credit card etc. etc. which was impossible as I was driving down the road and could only receive emails on my iPhone. Absolutely unwilling to work with anyone it was the most horrible check in experience ever. I did cancel my reservation and easily booked him a reservation somewhere else with no issues. Would highly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was so incredibly filthy, our feet were dark within minutes after arriving. The rest of the room matched in the lack of attention for cleaning. The bed frame moves very easily and the mattress slides off that as well. My son got a scratch from the exposed metal. We left after 2 hours because it was so disappointing, dirty, and unsafe.

Terrible Customer Service!

Upon checking in, I walked into a tiny lobby. The reception window was shuttered with no directions on what to do. After waiting for about seven minutes, an exiting customer told me that I needed to call the hotel to get somebody to come to the window. Because there is no desk staff, posted mask regulations were not enforced. This is a popular hotel for blue-collar workers, over 75% of whom did not wear masks ANYWHERE in the hotel. I would not be surprised if the facility becomes a COVID-19 hotspot. Guests lounged in the hallways while making hours-long phone calls. And there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways during the evenings. While the rooms were relatively clean, they are extremely small (single rooms) and barely furnished. Because of minimal staffing, the person working the desk is, also, the one cleaning the rooms. The ONLY redeeming qualities of this property are the low price and the kitchen facilities that allow for in-room cooking. Just be sure to bring your own cookware, unless you want to PURCHASE cookware from the hotel. It is these perks that raised my rating from terrible to Poor.
