All of the staff made us feel like we were at home. Everyone was friendly, helpful, polite and courteous. The continental breakfast was great with freshly cooked scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and gravy for the biscuits. They also had cereal, bagels, toast and sweet breakfast pastries. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

The hotel was easily accessible and clean. The staff was friendly. They were also helpful when I realized I forgot my toothbrush. We were surprised with cocktail hour. We were grateful for a hot breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is very clean and friendly staff. Beds are super comfy always get a good nights rest here. Perfect location only a couple minutes from the airport. There shuttle will take you to the airport and back and around to nearby stores and pick you back up!!

The location was nice, close to a few areas we visited. The AC didn’t work as good but since we didn’t stay in room much I did not report, plus it was late and I figured they couldn’t fix it that late at night when we noticed. Loved how they had fountain drinks for guests came in handy. I would stay again despite the AC.

This hotel is ok, not what I expected though. The price was reasonable for what you get. When we arrived the front desk receptionist (Marisol I think..) was super nice. She was so friendly and made me feel very welcomed. She let us know about the breakfast hours, evening drinks and snacks pool hours and asked if we needed the room cleaned at all while we were staying. Our room was not super clean, the floors seemed dirty and there was lots of dust in the fridge cabinet, around the beds and in the corners. The bathroom was definitely super small, I read about that beforehand though so it was expected. The beds are very comfortable so that definitely was something I enjoyed. Breakfast in the morning was just ok, it's free so nothing special or great, taste wise. We never got a chance to check out the adult beverages and snacks in the afternoon but it was nice to know it was available to us. Check out was easy, I was emailed my receipt and just had to leave the keys in the room. The location was good, really close to downtown and the museum area. About 20 minutes to Sea World or anywhere around the outer edge of town. I don't think I would stay here again though, only because it was far from my family's side of town. Overall I would recommend it to friends as a more budget friendly option on a safer side of town.
