Buena opción para ese rango de precios y estar de paso o negocios
He utilizado muchas veces esta opción porque tiene muy buen servicio, conectividad con autopistas, internet y estacionamiento gratis, Starbucks cruzando la calle y el precio es muy bueno. El desayuno es bueno y la gente que trabaja en el hotel siempre fue muy amable. Las habitaciones son sencillas y tienen lo mínimo para una corta estadía de paso o negocios.
not a good experience for a Marriott
Booked a suite for two nights, checked in, got to the room and it wasn't a suite. Went back to the front desk and was told I shouldn't have been able to book that room. I then had to ask for a reduced price, (that in itself is not okay!) but could only get that night's rate. Called Marriott, asked to have the GM call me. That never happened. I did get an additional discount, but the only way I found out was to look at my bill. The room we ended up in was more of a 2-star room - absolutely not a 4-star as the hotel is listed. So, they charged me for a suite, and only changed my room charge when I complained? Not worthy of a Marriott.
Unreliable shuttle service
Don’t stay here if you need a shuttle to the airport, unreliable. Everything else at this hotel is mediocre, definitely not anywhere near 4 stars. Would recommend somewhere closer to the airport 15 min plus drive.
Spring Break Visit
Coming back from a trip to Hawaii and had a 1 night layover in San Jose. WE had booked a room here as it was near the San Jose Airport. This turned out to be a perfect location. We made us of the Airport shuttle both to and from the Airport. At the hotel we we checked in quickly and were able to confirm a shuttle time for the next morning. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We made use of the breakfast the next say and found it to be about average with the exception of the Waffles, which were very good. Also the attendant working the breakfast area was very helpful and hardworking.
Meh
Not worth it. Too expensive for what you get. Completely acceptable but a little outdated. Room was “fine” and clean. Confusing layout. Decent fitness room. Across the street from a Starbucks, chipotle and burger place so that’s GREAT and convenient. But a drive or uber to anything else. Wouldn’t stay again, recommend something near the downtown area.
