Worst stay ever! Floor trembles and noise of big machinery will keep you unrested along all night

Tremble started close to the midnight all over to 8 am, I am unrest and when I call to the front desk, they told me they was already aware of the noise, but it is out of their hands; even worst, they told me some rooms were not affected by that noise and yet they accommodate me in this room.

Noisy factory close by. Loud stamping press (or something like that) running all night long. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Hotel is in an industrial type park and not a lot of food choices without driving.

It’s been two months and still waiting for a refund. Over all nice hotel. Clean and staff helpful. I did appreciate the security. Clean, friendly and good for the sleep. I can say I only found one ice machine as far a humanly possible from me. I would stay again if I m back in the area to work.

This hotel is a good price for those that only want to use their hotel room as a "home base" while doing a lot of activity outside of the hotel. The bedroom/bathroom was modern and spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy. The TV would occasionally go out and I couldn't get it back on unless I removed my hotel card from the holder near the door for a while. The biggest complaint that I have about the bedroom (and in the end, did not affect me as much as it might others), is that the air conditioning is loud with both a humming noise and a soft "thudding" noise that happens all night. The breakfast buffet was an "extended" continental in that they had basic continental breakfast, with a few hot dishes offered such as eggs or french toast - they also had the fruit switched up each day. The location is a bit out of the way and on a weird road where you actually have to drive past the hotel then do a U-Turn a few blocks down, but this means that the hotel is also quiet overall. If you are an American sports fan, there is an american sports bar right in the parking lot of the hotel for all your NFL and MLB needs. Overall, this was a good, basic stay.

Good option to stay in San Juan del Rio, include a light breakfast, free parking lot and free wifi in all hotel areas. they leave me two bottle of water everyday. It is located in a good area near highway
