The staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. A special shout out to Rita and Cynthia who truly made our stay special. The hotel itself does show some significant wear and tear. A thorough upgrade of the rooms and facilities would bump this place to a 5.

Read every review before you book this hotel! It works out better for you. Personally I won’t be staying here again. I booked because I saw it on TikTok and didn’t do much research because it was a last minute birthday trip but I’ve learned my lesson. The rooms are OLD and overpriced.-I guess it depends on what part of the hotel you stay in.- The staff was okay, it’s not the best service I’ve received but if you don’t care about how people treat you then this is the hotel for you. My husband and I wanted a to relax on the beach after an excursion….When we decided to go back to our room to get ready for dinner we had to walk back through the hotel pool area. As we were walking we passed one security guard who said nothing to us we get further into the hotel pool area next to the restaurant and 4 security officers and pool attendants jump in our way “do you have a room here ma’am?” surprised I say “yes” then they start asking us a list of questions and then get a list with our room number and name on it and say “everyone who is in the pool area needs a green wristband” meanwhile we were on our way up to our room and why didn’t they stop us both before we even came on the premises? Why wait to embarrass us in front of the restaurant near the pool? Anyway,The food is trash and overpriced. The good thing about the hotel it’s near a lot of local restaurants so don’t waste your money buying their food take the 5 min walk to something nearby. Lastly, there was a someone at the desk to book excursions and tours but she didn’t have anything for us to book we had to do everything ourselves …it’s like what’s the point of having you here if you don’t have anything for your guest to book.

We were a little concerned about a few poor reviews. We had a great time and this is a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in 9th floor of cabana building. Beautiful ocean view and updated room. Hotel is very clean, room serviced every day and hotel staff friendly. We arrived at ~1:15 and our room was ready. It only took about 5-10 min to check in. The location of hotel is perfect, walking distance to many restaurants. The pool and beach are clean, it was busy on the weekend with hard time finding chairs around pool, but during week less crowded. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet on Fri/Sat was great with live music. We had a great time and when we return to Puerto Rico will definitely stay here. Don’t let negative reviews deter you, some people are just difficult to please and always have a bug up their rear end.

This hotel and its staff did not disappoint. The room was so nice in the renovated area. The beach and pool view were perfect. Special thanks to Rita for being so nice and welcoming! She also ran a fun bingo game! The lobby with music and dancing was great. The hotel is in a great area with lots to do on the strip.

The hotel is about a 10 min taxi ride from the airport. It has everything a family would need. CVS right next door. Good restaurants walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel is good and serves food by the pool. A water slide for the kids, 2 pools a hot tub. We stayed in the cabana building. It all looks new and clean. The pool is clean every morning. You can see guys IN the pool scrubbing each morning. Lots of security guards walking around all day. Never felt unsafe leaving kids or bags by the pool. The star of the staff is Rita. She’s like a momma hen. She does everything!!! Our experience was even better because of her attention to details. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
