Old hotel with a bad 'lipstick fix.' Heat/air unit in our room made an irritating loud noise. Maintenance man had the nerve to say it's normal. No plugs by beds, switch in the hall turns the bedside clock on and off, room decor looks cheap and ugly. But it was clean. Staff was nice.

No hot water at the inn

We arrived in town for a cooking event, tens of us staying at this hotel, day two of no hot water. Different stories told from the front desk, when was that they’ve been having problems for weeks, one is that they’ve only had this plumbing/water heating for a few days, they told us people are coming to fix it today, then we had no water for several hours, to arrive late back to the hotel to find out still no hot water. (10/22/21) It’s too late to try to get another hotel room, we have an all day long event again tomorrow and will have to put up with this again tomorrow night before flying out early on Sunday morning. We know it’s not the front desk people’s fault, but we’re getting a different story every couple of hours. But now one person at the front desk has said sorry. We are having to heat up water in the microwave to put in the bathtub to use just to wash off at the end of the day. Unacceptable. Hotels in a great location, plenty of places to eat around here, very clean, very neat BUT call First to find out about the plumbing/hot water issue before you book here.

West Tulsa Sand Springs Location

Our family was looking for a place to stay close to the Gilcrease Museum. It didn't have an operating outdoor swimming pool at this time. However, the service was excellent. The room was quiet and clean. The free breakfast was very good to excellent. The bonus of this location is that it is walking distance to Aldi's. It was a little difficult to find off the Interstate, but it could have been our Waze. We would definitely stay here again.

1 night room 421 2 Queen beds Great location at far end of Tulsa metro--quick access to US 412 to leave to the west. Easy walk to several very good restaurants. Facility looks quite new inside & out--very clean. Friendly check-in person. Outdoor pool open. Beds very good each with 4 pillows; lots of luggage space; quiet room; in-room pod coffee. A couple of small negatives: small breakfast area; breakfast is not do-it-yourself at this time; no newspaper; no TV guide either on TV or in written form; no note pad or pen Would stay here again based on location & cleanliness

AMAZING staff - great for sports teams!

There aren't enough positive things I could say about the staff at this location! The manager is one of the best managers I have EVER seen in any hospitality sector and went above and beyond for our softball team!! The front desk staff, housekeeping staff as well as the lovely ladies who worked the hot breakfast everyday were so pleasant and made this the best stay at any hotel our team has had. Do yourself and favor and look no further than this hotel for any stay in the Tulsa area.
