The bed had animal hair all over it and my first room didn’t have a working phone or tv. The parking lot is not lit well at all. I don’t recommend this hotel and will never stay there again! It was my first and last time staying there!!

Immediately upon getting into bed a felt itchy, thought it might be the detergent used on the sheets, as I was extremely tired I fell fastly asleep only to wake up a few hours later VERY itchy. Within a few days bites and swelling occurred, the itch was unbearable, saw the doctor who diagnosed bed bug bites, LOTS OF THEM!!! , over 100!! So now a week later I'm taking 3 medications and I'm still in distress itching, burning and cant sleep . I'D sleep under a carboard box in the rain and/or snow before EVER going back to this place!! Called corporate, they'll "fill out a report" REALLY? Gee thanks. What about a reimbursement at least for the room? Drs fee? meds? UGH Bottom line? For a few extra dollars GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Way to much for a overnight stay. Room was not clean and smelled rotten. No breakfast or coffee. Got thrown 2 bags of coffee. Heater/air did not work correctly. Had to turn it down to 60° for it to shut off. Carpet dirty and wet.

I was bit up by ants /nets or fleas . I changed my sheet set and sty felt as if that didn’t help.I spoke with a supervisor who assured me all she could do was give me a different room. I was about to check out that wasn’t good.

Pluses. Clean sheets, clean towels, quiet enough for a good sleep. Fair value for the money. Standard continental breakfast included with your stay. Pleasant help. Minuses, the place is tired and could use a deep cleaning.
