The lobby girls gave us a room where the hot water didn’t reach, why? Then the next day the other girls was just rude

Not happy that the girl in the lobby let us get a room with no hot water, then the girl the next morning acted like us was our fault, how is a client supposed to know that the water doesn’t reach some parts of the building.

Noisy, uncomfortable beds, no hot water, bad wireless. I am a diamond member and although the staff were not bad, Hilton needs to provide some significant renovations. The noise was terrible and the shower water never got hot. Overall very bad experience.

1)We had several rooms booked for a wedding. One of the guest checking in did not have a CC but brought cash. Was told they could not use cash and could not check in. Would not take my CC over the phone. I requested to talk with a manager and was told a manager was unavailable and I would have to wait 2-3 days! I had to leave to wedding to help with check in! 2) Needed Ice all Ice machine were broken except on the 2nd floor 3) Were looked out of our room cause the key pads batterie had died. 4) Room had trash left in the room from previous guest.
Very disappointing hotel for Hilton

My stay was very unpleasant and unbearable. I checked in for two nights. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member. Before checking in, I called the front desk to request a room upgrade, and they offered me another King suite with a bigger balcony. Upon checking in, I noticed that they did not honor the upgrade as agreed. When I entered the suite, I noticed that the light switch did not work so I had to maneuver through furniture in the darkroom to turn on the lamps. The room was freezing cold and after an hour of waiting, I realized that the heater does not work. Also, after a long 10 hour drive, I could not take a shower because the water was too cold with no hot water. I called down to the front desk to ask for assistance with the water and heater. They made me wait over an hour. When maintenance came, they weren't able to fix it and left the room extremely cold. They advised me to speak to the front desk for other options. I came down to speak to the night manager and he says that the best thing he could do was to provide a small heater, but he couldn't do anything about the hot water issue. I waited for over an hour for the heater, until they told me that they could not find one. I asked to switch rooms and he did not allow it. My partner and I were unable to shower that night and had to sleep in a freezing room. The next day, we tried to request a room change, and even though they still had available rooms, they refused to switch our rooms and couldn't offer anything more. My partner and I got sick from sleeping two rainy nights in the freezing room. This stay was an extreme disappointment because I expected higher standards from a Hilton hotel and better accommodations for Hilton Honors members.
In need of renovation

Nice entrance, lobby, bar, dinning area, but the horror begins when you enter the room. All of the rooms are in dire need of renovation and upgrade. Quality of product in all aspects from sheets, to furniture have well exceeded its life span and are well beyond the age of retirement
