Great service and a quiet area

Stayed for my son's birthday had the family there for a couple of hours area felt safe and the employees were wonderful! The breakfast was very enjoyable and tasty; got to try those waffles you will not regret it.

I love the room they give me, l been using best western por 20 yrs. they always nice people very polite, good customer service, good internet, clean room, breakfast, always look clean , I recommend everyone to use this hotel.

Came to Santa Clara for business and picked this place because it was close to where I had my meetings. The Hotel was clean, service was friendly, and close to SJC which is 100 times easier to get in and out of than SFO. I was able to hit 80% of my accounts in the area.

We stay here every year we come visit my father. Very clean and great rooms with amazing staff. Breakfast was great. We have a toddler and they were so accommodating. The staff is exceptional will make sure you are happy!
Refused to cancel/refund

They use a scamming reservation system. They withhold information about cancellation and refunds while you are making the reservation and inputting your information. They immediately remove full room rate funds from your account, plus the deposit. Not until the confirmation email are you told of the non cancellation/ refund policy. After a phone call to the hotel to cancel, they said to contact the reservation company. Contacted the reservation company through the confirmation email and they said we had to contact the hotel directly. After contacting the hotel again 2 more times, person at the desk said that they are not going to refund even with enough time to re book the room. He claimed to have asked the upper management to grant us a refund, but they refused. Contacted the Department of Consumer Affairs who referred us to the County District Attorney's office as well as the BBB. Filed complaints with both. Waiting for outcome.
