Good location
Room is small but ok, no amenities like coffee/tea in the room.Despite the rain we could enjoy the (spacious) balcony. City center is right around the corner at about 5 mins. walk. Hotel is located at a busy street (heavy traffic coming true even late at night). Valet parking was 16 Euro for 1 night, but parking on the street is free (if you can find a spot)
Poor value for money
Very basic hotel with very small rooms and old windows that provide no soundproofing. We couldn't sleep without ear plugs because of the poor windows. You don't have a coffee maker or a kettle in the room, the room was dated, felt cheap (but it wasn't). Very expensive for what it is. We wouldn't return to the area and to this hotel. You get a better value on the French Riviera with a much better customer service.
Great Location
Just off the centre of the restaurant scene, so quiet yet a 5 minute stroll to the plaza. The hotel is pleasant, clean, modernised and has air conditioning that works. The breakfast and coffee are top rate and one of the largest continental selections I have had in Italy. Hotel access a bit tricky if mobility is an issue. Park outside and offload bags, then lug them down approximately 12 steps to the foyer. They have a parking agreement with a garage of friendly gentleman about 200 metres away that charge €20 per 24 hours. Very helpful if you cannot find parking in this quaint town.
Fresh, Clean Hotel with Modern Updates in Nice Area
We stayed at this hotel on September 7. Check in was courteous. Room was very fresh, clean and modern. This hotel is very well-located, being a 2-3 min walk to excellent restaurants and a short walk to the harbour. The price point was excellent. We regret that we did not have time to eat the included breakfast. The eating area looked lovely. If we were to return, we would choose a larger room that allowed more room for suitcases. We were glad that we chose this hotel.
An average hotel.
The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel room was spacious. We did have to ask to have the bathroom cleaned when we first arrived, the maid must have forgotten to clean the toilet. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. We stayed two nights and had back pain every morning from the bed.
