Undoubtedly, Santiago has established itself in the eyes of the world as a modern city, with good business opportunities and as an increasingly attractive destination for tourism. Its increasing offer in gastronomy, cultural panoramas, night entertainment and varied hotel, are framed within a privileged location: a few kilometers of beaches, snow and wine routes. This French neoclassical house keeps in each lounge and room the experiences of a traditional Chilean family, their customs, meetings and secrets. Come and meet us! Cosy antique hôtel - antica casa nobiliare adibita ad hotel

It is a lovely and delicious restored antique house near La Moneda Palace in the historical center of the town , if one’s like this kind of hotel , posh and simple in the same time you will consider it almost perfect !!!! The staff efficient and gentle . You can easily reach downtown by walking , I stayed there for a week and really felt at home!!! I would, however, suggest the owners to improve their breakfast, which honestly does not reflect the style of the hotel, use fresh bread instead of the packaged one, prepare some grandmother's cake, fresh orange juice ..... because it is a really nice hotel and with a few simple steps the customers will love it♥️ Delizioso hotel nel centro storico, casa di inizi novecento con patio interno , tutte le stanze rispettano gli arredi originali e L’ insieme è davvero sorprendente .
Would definitely recommend

Comfortable and Relaxing

When we got to the hotel we were checked in by Alahandra. She was very helpful and as we had problems with the driver service from the airport to the hotel she called the service and helped us explain the problem we had with the service. She spoke very good English and we spoke very bad Spanish so she was very helpful. She helped us with a map and places within walking distance of the hotel. At night Nelson was on duty and since we would leave very early in the morning on our tours he was very helpful. Since the restaurant was not open when we got up he would get us tea before we left. The hotel was an old house built back in the late 1800's and since converted over to a hotel. For it's age it was in very good shape and the rooms had large fans you could use to help ventilate and cool down the room. Made it very comfortable in the room. the bathrooms was nice and the showers had good hot water. Beds were very comfortable and the room had plenty of room. We had a door that led right out to an enclosed courtyard surrounded by the hotel and was very nice to go out and relax in the evening when you got back. You were able to also get something to eat and the staff would take your order and bring your food out to you. All in all a very pleasurable experience and nice hotel. Staff were very helpful. Within easy walking distance to the downtown area and historical sites in Santiago.

Bijou hotel near centre of Santiago

This is a fabulous bijou hotel within strolling distance of Plaza de Armas, central Santiago. Our room was delightful: spacious, light and very comfortable. The hotel itself seems to have been some kind of mansion, with beautiful wooden floors and interesting decor - nothing like the bog-standard type of international hotel one finds nowadays. The staff were very friendly and unfailingly helpful. After a long international flight, we were allowed to take our room 4 hours before the official check-in time. They can organise private transport to and from the airport. The breakfast (included in our price) was very nice indeed. When we return to Santiago, this is where we'll stay.
