Good business property

Good location near by restaurants and bars. In a Hospital district but not noisy. Good staff and facilities. Rooms are big, with a queen sized bed, mini bar, good bathroom and an average shower. Wifi and cable TV work just fine.

Served its purpose

We spent one night here on a business trip. The neighborhood is ok, we ate at the sushi bar across the road (very good food). The room was big, clean and well kept. Silent despite facing the street (on the 6th floor). Wifi worked fine and the flat screen TV did so too though not all channels were available (i.e. BBC or Discovery were not). Breakfast served after 6 AM was complete and is the usual fare in biz hotels in Brazil: fruits, yougurt, cheeses, ham, scrambled eggs, variety of cakes and bread. Fruit juice. No complaints on the service or the cleanliness.

FORGET THIS HOTEL AND YOU WILL BE GLAD TO DO IT!!!

It is very old. You can find around so much better hotels for the same price, like green place ibirapuera or the best one (Intercity Ibirapuera). Bad breakfast. Room too old and you hear the people that are next to you and the TV. They did not call me a Taxi the day I left, I had to look for one with my suitcase.

Decent hotel

Stayed here for 2 weeks while on a trip to São Paulo. Great location. Close to the metro, parks, great restaurants, night life, museums and so on. The rooms were a decent size. The bathroom was a good size, clean and with good water pressure. The bed was a bit firm, and the pillows a bit too soft for me, but that's a personal preference. If you end up staying here, don't sleep with your windows open. The pollution from the air outside will definitely get you sick. The staff was very friendly and helpful, specially the front desk, valet guys and cleaning ladies.

nice and clean business hotel

I stayed five days in the hotel. All staff are kind and eager to help, but none speaks English. The breakfast is good, internet is fast, and room is clean. It is a nice and cheap hotel that I would stay again if I visit the city.
