Excellent stay! Staff is very friendly, attentive and professional. Room is spacious and comfortable. Location is also very good, in Itaim Bibi! I definitely recommend it. The staff is really incredible and made the difference.

Great Hotel / Otimo Hotel - Great package!!!

I always stay at this hotel, great price, great facilities, amazing service. It is a fair and great package!!! Specially for the troopers at the hotel, in special: Leandro, Water from the restaurant and Matias the menssager. Queria agradecer em especial ao Leandro, Walter do restaurante e ao Matias (mensageiro).

Well-located business hotel

Located in one of the most affluent neighborhoods of central SP with excellent restaurants in a safe walking distance. Breakfast was very good, lots of fresh fruit. Large and very clean rooms. Bed, pillows of high quality. Strangely on my first night i had an iron (board) in the room; coming back two days later for a second night, no such amenity in the room (quite useful for long term travelers). Reception seems to be understaffed for a hotel of this size, but they made up for the waiting with friendliness. Cabs drive up constantly so no waiting times there, convenient. Take a high floor if you can as traffic may wake you (i can compare 4th with 9th floor and definitely recommend latter). I enjoyed my stays and would come back.

The service, check in and room were quite good. The breakfast could be better, with more healthy options and please... the scrambled eggs had a bad texture and did not look good at all. Internet was a bit slow, but ok otherwise.
