The hotel is within walking distance from Sapporo Station and opposite to the old government house which give them a perfect scenery. Room is new and very well designed and well equipped. Breakfast is the best with full range of food and good seating. Very recommend for your stay in Sapporo

A good stay while in Sapporo
Opinión escrita el 11 de novembre de 2022
We stayed here for 3-nights in our Hokkaido trip. It is a very new hotel just opened in 2021. The Hotel looks small from the external but its location screamed of convenience! It is just 5 mins from the nearest Underground Walkway linked to JR Sapporo and diagonally across to Akrange, where the basement boost Tokyo Soup, and others Restaurants! Across the street from the former Hokkaido Government Office, this polished hotel is 9 minutes' walk from the Sapporo Clock Tower. .Warmly decorated rooms offer free Wi-Fi, minifridges, and tea and coffee + complimentary water bottle daily replenish. And their flat-screen T is the biggest we have come across, easily above 60 in, great! The building also has a warm communal bathhouse with indoor and outdoor baths but we did not try out. Toiletries are available at L1 so make sure you collect them for daily use. Eco-friendly and stayers can retain their basic bath towels for reuse so that there is no wastage. We had our 3 daily breakfast at level 2 Solvert Restaurant but all 3 mornings it was long q! Have to wait easily 15 mins. The dining area is not large but the spread is good! The breakfast buffet was a huge mix of western and Japanese food and everything we tried was good, we toughly enjoyed the sumptuous bf throughout. We definitely have a memorable stay here!

The pictures and reviews online are contrary to the room I am in right now. It is small that the bed is next to the sink. The water closet is where cloth closet for many hotels, and it is the small size of a clothe closet. My business suits are hanging in the open area between the TV and the water closet. The most annoying thing for me is the power outlets around the bed area. They work well for iPhone power charge (two sticks) but not the usual laptop power adapter with three. The only one is next to the sink. There is a standalone air-conditioner that needs to be turned on, i.e. no central air-conditioning. When i checked in, I was told to pick up some stuff that one may normally find in hotel room, and the hospitality only clean the room every other day. It was a little unsettling as I just spent some days staying in a hotel in Tokyo. I selected to make reservation at this hotel based on the pictures and reviews posted online. Furthermore, it is located across from a park. Looking the online pictures and my room, I guess no one posted pictures from the room I am staying. I definitely agree that staff was extremely helpful and responded promptly with every intention to resolve my questions or wants. I would explore other hotels if I do come back to Sapporo. The hotel has a public bath in the basement.

City trip with friends (nice smile)

Great nice smile(ナイススマイル) were given from hotel crews and felt so welcome. Thank you for your hospitality. Nice room, great view. I like your coffee in the room. Shampoo and conditioner smell so lovely. My most favorite was French toast with coconuts sauce! That was awesome! I would definitely come back and introduce to other friends in and outside of Hokkaido or Japan! Thank you!
