I had breakfast.it was amazing and the service very good .i saw the manger in the break fast he is very polite and helpful i think he is name ZAKI usually asked us about our satisfy.varity food .fresh juice

Overall very disappointed with the hotels service and the way they treat costumers, We stayed at the hotel for 2 days for an urgent business trip. On the day of check out we happen to be late by 45 minutes, when we arrived at the hotel to request for a late check out the receptionist went on blaming us that we where not answering the calls to the room, this is very pathetic as we also gave a mobile number to contact on any urgent situations. Then came along a man in shorts and slippers who claims to be the manager, he dressed so informally that he looked like a joke. Then he started to raise his voice infront of the other guest in the lobby, we left the hotel giving him a piece of our mind..The room quality to say the least was terrible, there were no room amenities and had a dirty windows which i couldnt even see through. Room Number 308, Would never recommend this hotel to anybody. 08/02/2019, 055-5441588

Hello, I have booked in OYO 132 Ruwi Hotel Apartments via Booking.com in France the 5th Novembre for the following period : 26th December - 4th January. For this amount : 2908 AED. But you hadn’t available room whereas I have paid in advance in France the 12th December by internet from an link sended from you OYO. Moreover I’ve been downgrade in OYO 122 Crystal Plaza. I don’t have paid for an OYO 122 an hôtel with less stars than OYO 132. I’ve paid for an appartement hôtel with kitchen and many services that were included when I’ve booked. Moreover I’ve been refund from you not the full amount , like I said I’ve paid 2908 and you only renfund 2508 AED and then you debit 2508 AED !. I'd like to know why you send money back and then you debit money ? Why I pay to much for something not suitable and not a the straight price ? So I would like to have more information from that and your policy and to be entire refund from you and to paid only the hotel 122 at the right price . I’d gladly to send you all the proof from my booking confirmation and my bank account if you want. Not any ways to reach you by mail or phone what a shame! I’m very disappointed about your services . I like to stay in coral Beach always if I visited uae , all the facilities it's great ,the pool near to the g beautiful garden with sea view of the city ajman , they have nice spa as well , the service of staff friendly special in the reception .
