I have no complaints. The experience was excellent. Location so close to the event place, I can go to the place walking. Hotel is renovated, is clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful; and they serve breakfast.

The room did not have hot water!! Understandable the hotel is being remodeled so one floor was completely shut down BUT the hotel was still not at capacity. Upon arrival I immediately noticed my room did not have hot water so I went to the front desk for help. I was told “The new showers are a little weird it automatically goes to cold when turn all the way on hot.” No accommodations were given and guests on the same floor were moved because of the strong smell of paint. My wife and I have stayed here before with no issues (while remodeling), so we thought the experience would carry over. Unfortunately to our surprise it did not. Location and price are perfect and reasonable in my opinion, but when it’s below 25 degrees outside not having hot water is a deal breaker.

Excellent location off I-95. The room was reasonably comfortable but in need of updating, especially in comparison to the cost. Good mattress but pillows not particularly comfortable. Bathroom was fine, but bathtub was quite slippery. There was a safety grab bar at the front of the tub, but it could use a second grab bar. Breakfast was Excellent. Eggs fresh and delicious and really good waffles. Coffee was fresh and very good. Dining staff very attentive. Front desk clerk (I think his name may have been Rick) was very welcoming and helpful at our evening check-in; however, the morning front desk clerk was sorely lacking customer service skills.

Love that this hotel is so close to the airport. Staff was AMAZING. Bed was very comfortable. However, very thin walls. Could hear snoring next door. Neighbors slamming doors and yelling at 11:00 at night. Overall - a great value and stay.

I can say nothing positive about this motel. Unfortunately it was a motel chosen as part of or tour with White StarTours.Each motel and dinner choice of this tour Company was well under par, totally unacceptable and far from our destinations of Charleston and Savannah. Each was at least 20-30 from town on the highway in the middle of nowhere. It is beyond dirty, moldy bathrooms, rusty and dirty doors, worn and splintered furniture bases and unbelievably filthy and stained carpets in the hallways, I had to throw a towel over an armchair to feel comfortable to sit in it. We asked to change our room, with not much improvement. We were told that a new owner had just taken over and planned on renovating. This Inn should remain closed until renovation is complete. Where is the health Dept.? Stale breakfast items, substitute hamburger rolls for buttermilk biscuits and gravy.
