The pictures and the lobby area make this hotel seem modern, but that's simply not the case. The rooms are reasonably clean, but everything is so dated. The fact that everything is so old makes me concerned about the cleanliness. The rooms aren't inviting - they're dark, and a little musty with low popcorn ceilings. The bathroom looks like a hospital bathroom. Little considerations like hooks on the wall for towels are completely neglected. The hairdryer - pretty sure I had the same semi-functional one in 1990. Be advised that they allow pets at the hotel (which meant that I had a dog in the room next to mine howling for hours). The room does the job, but it's not particularly relaxing or inviting.

This hotel was a hidden gem in the Courtyard Marriott chain. We had our own balcony overlooking the garden and pool to chill in for our morning coffee and last night cap at the end of the day. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It was a great resting spot daily as we went on adventures along the coast.
Nice clean hotel with a friendly staff.

Found myself in Savannah in the middle of the night on a road trip and needed to find a place to stay. Turns out that was harder than I expected, as every hotel I encountered was booked. The amazing woman at the front desk (Carly) found me a room within my budget even though they were technically full, called to check and make sure it was to my satisfaction (it was absolutely gorgeous and had clearly just been remodeled, I couldn’t believe my luck) and was all- around an absolute treasure of a human being. The parking garage that got my car off the street and led directly to the floor my room was on was an added bonus. I will absolutely be staying here again, this place just earned itself a customer for life. Thank you, Carly. Thank you, thank you thank you!

This property advertises remodeled rooms. Our room had numerous water leak damage on the ceiling and walls. The mattress was poor quality. The elevator smelled like a sweaty armpit. The room overall was worn and and in need of a remodel. Would not stay here again.
