Lovely, clean stay with amazing view from the topfloor with owners who were friendly and helpful
Our family stayed in one of the family rooms, on the top floor, lots of steps but worth it for the view. Great location on north bay and 5 mins walk to the beach. The approach to breakfast has changed due to covid and is breakfast sandwiches in the room which were lovely. The room was big enough for our family and was clean and well laid out. The owners were helpful and promptly supplied more tea, coffee etc. We had a lovely 2night break exploring Scarborough and staying here. We will be back to this characterful and welcoming place.

Stayed here for 1 night Room clean and comfortable. Great views. Ami and Alex great hosts.. definitely recommend a stay here. Next time we want a night on Scarborough, it will be The Kenton we will be staying unless they are fully booked.
Lovely 2 night break
Booked for a 2 night get away with my husband and 2 children. Due to Covid restrictions it is room only at the moment but this was no problem as there are lots of cafes close by to get breakfast. We arrived early and I just nipped in to ask about parking but the owner said that our room was ready. We were given the keys to room 3 which had a double bed, bunk beds and en-suite bathroom. We had a huge bay window with an amazing view of the sea! We enjoyed our stay, the owners could not do enough for us! The room was very clean. The bar area is nice and reasonably priced. Great location for seeing Scarborough and we also spent 1 day in Robin Hoods Bay. Our children (age 13 & 7) loved every minute and want to make it an annual thing!

Great location overlooking north bay,clean room with tea and cafe,breakfast set me up for the day.Friendly staff and informative.nice relaxing bar with tv .walking distance to attractions,free parking,nothing to fault.

booked into the kenton myself and my Mrs. met by Amy and Alex. they have just taking over the hotel. made us most welcome. the room was immaculate. the sea view was fantastic. easy reach to both South and North Bay. breakfast was more than enough. plenty of choice to suit your appetite. no problem with car.it was free parking. cannot wait to go back again.. thank you so much for making our holiday a time to remember
