Great hotel for an airport layover
Opinión escrita el 16 de Julio de 2021
We had to spend an overnight to make flight connections work. We were really glad we chose this hotel. Free airport shuttle was the main reason we chose this one, as well as the price. The staff were all super friendly, from the shuttle bus drivers to front desk. The sports bar just adjacent was fantastic for excellent service and great burgers - Chasers. The time to the airport was about 15- 20 minutes.
We were upgraded to executive room on the top floor, and it was really nice and quiet. Very large, clean room, with tons of pillows and towels. The hot breakfast was really good, especially in comparison to what we had gotten used to in the worst of the pandemic shutdowns/limitations. Fresh omelets, fried potatoes and link sausages, as well as all the usual - cereal, waffles, yogurt, pastries, hard boiled eggs and juices/coffee.
Would definitely stay here again if needing to overnight near ORD.
Great stay and service

Started my vacation out here to get a day of rest before leaving on Amtrak to get out to the east coast and definitely would stay here again.
I had a room near the end of the east end of the hotel on the fifth floor, an executive suite with a king size bed, along with a second lounge room which comes with a sofa bed, and thus, two TV's. I was alone but I wanted to spread out, so having both rooms and two TV's worked out well for me and I could do work with my computer in the lounge room while watching some sports. Room had a nice view of ORD and Rosemont to the north.
Bed was nice and clean, though I should have asked for better pillows, but that was my own fault more than anything. Outlets were plentiful in the room, though I ended up with a dud in the lounge room, but with another outlet nearby it wasn't a big deal. Big roomy fridge came with the room and chilled my drinks nicely. Nice tub and shower, good hot water overall. Plenty of lights, and the blackout curtain did its job admirably, along with the icy cold A/C.
The LG TVs were nice, though the lounge room remote was worn out, leaving me to use the bed remote for both. I was also able to hook up my Apple TV to the side HDMI port without any troubles, and the wi-fi was more than acceptable for all my devices, and if all else failed, the fifth floor is high enough for an optimum 5G/4G cell signal. No extra setup is needed if you use a Roku, Fire TV or Apple TV besides logging into the wifi.
Only one thing annoyed me; no HBO on their cable, but that small quandary was solved by my Apple TV and my HBO Max subscription. TV had a good selection of channels and there's no hard-sell PPV service, just plain old Comcast cable.
I had planned to use the shuttle they offer, but just decided to sleep in rather than take it to Rosemont and catch the blue line into downtown, so I just got an Uber there instead. But they have a very popular shuttle service with multiple vehicles I saw everywhere around O'Hare and the neighborhood, so it's a service that's certainly appreciated.
Finally I booked two days as a just-in-case measure for my train and left before 3pm; didn't need to ask about a refund for day two, they just gave it to me immediately. Very happy about that.
Great value overall, a couple of nice food options nearby and plenty of places delivering. If I plan my trip like this again, the Comfort Suites in Schiller Park has my business without question.
Great Location/ Helpful Staff/ Comfy Beds

This facility has an excellent location, one mile to the Kennedy expressway, shopping down the street, restaurants, liquor stores, etc. This hotel is always busy--we've returned several times. The vibe is chill and the staff are always helpful. We've ordered salads, pizzas, and snacks from the restaurant and they are always tasty and not too pricey. The beds are always comfortable. There are 3 areas--TV sitting room with small sofa sleeper and desk/ microwave/ fridge, bathroom area, and bedroom with TV. Good breakfast, facility, and time (til 10am on weekends). Also, I always use the work-out room. One of the cardio machines was broken this time. Cons: $15/night for parking (they have a small lot) & need to have the room carpet cleaned--our bare feet were filthy in both room that we booked this time.

A great price for a nice hotel. Don’t hesitate to give this hotel a try. This hotel is a nice value for what you get. Convenient location, hot breakfast, clean rooms, and a friendly staff. We would very stay here again when visiting Chicago. Schiller

I contacted the hotel GM by email and requested a top floor quiet corner room and that's exactly what I got.The shuttle took a bit longer than I might have wanted, but the gal at reception was so warm and welcoming that I was soon in my room and getting to bed.Coffee was good and the breakfast decent so overall a nice stay.
