I stayed at the Best Western Hampshire Inn for one night. It was literally the filthiest hotel I have every stayed at. The check in process was terrible as well. I prepaid online, so I assumed all I had to do was go in and pick up the key. That process took about 20 minutes. The front desk lady was not friendly at all. She acted like all the guests were just taking away her time to stare at her phone. When we were checking in, there were two other groups who were each having issues of checking in as well. One group was actually on the phone with the manager because they weren't even given any room after they prepaid as well. Once we finally got our key, we went into our room and realized we made a huge mistake of booking here. There were crumbs all over the couch and carpet. There was even a coke bottle left on the floor. Obviously the maid didn't bother attempting to clean. When we opened up the hide a bed, it had food crumbs all over inside the mattress as well as what appeared to be a bunch of clumps of sock fuzz. In the bathroom, there was a bunch of hair on the floor. Gross! To make everything worse, we were freezing and discovered the temperature was set to 63 degrees. We tried to turn on the heater and realized it was broken. It only blew cold air, no matter how high we set the temperature. It was just making it colder. We never went back downstairs to complain about any of this because we didn't want to have to deal with the wrath of the front desk lady again. We just dealt with all the problems ourselves and couldn't wait until the next day so we could go to our next destination. One plus was that they did have a free breakfast in the morning. It was mediocre, but we were still very thankful that it was offered so we didn't have to go out and find our own breakfast. Also, for your information, we were charged extra because we had our son with us as a third person.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel, especially the pool (which we had to ourselves) and the variety of breakfast offerings. There is a shopping center nearby with restaurants and many shopping options.

This as are most Best Western Hotels was excellent. The staff was very friendly and hard working to make my stay wonderful. I have been staying at Best Western's now for two years and only once did I have a bad review of one. All the rest have be great. Sleep Quality was very comfortable but I wasn't home in my own bed which I think we all have problems there a little.

The hotel seems like it is brand new. It was immaculate and bedding was very comfy. It was nice to have a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage links, fried potatoes) as many hotels had pre-Covid. The drink cups and plastic flatware were individually wrapped in plastic--nice touch! The front desk manager was extremely patient and accommodating. Seabrook is a neat town with lots of amenities.

this hotel was very clean and the friendly and helpful staff. Junior is vey hard worker. You can tell he likes his job. He kept the breakfast area very clean wiping sown counters after people left the area and kept the food stocked. At check out, I had the pleasure of being helped by Donna. Very friendly and got us check out very quickly.
