Location is the reason for a 4

This hotel was very nice and staff friendly. The king size room was very roomy, clean and quite. The hotel is located close to all downtown experiences but with all the homeless people I'd be weary to walk around to the different sites. I would have scored the hotel a 5 but just can't due to the area it's in. There are a few restaurants near by but they seem to be very eclectic. If you're a vegan or vegetarian you've got it made in Seattle. Also, you must know they charge $20 to park your car.

Friendly Staff and Clean Room.

Aside from the fact they were running a little behind on room cleaning when we got there, and knowing their wasn't going to be daily house keeping, it was a decent stay. The room was claen when we got in, the temperature was great, it was roomy in the suite we stayed in. When we needed things like, extra cups and towls, I just had to walk down and who ever was at the front desk just gave them. For trash/recycling, just leave the can outside the door and it got taken out. I know right now with staffing being short and the virus still being an issue, the experience was not going to be the same as it would have been before. Staying here did not stop me from having a great time in Seattle. We were able to drop our bags and explore before checking in and after checking out with no issues.

Disappointed

We had 7 nights booked and after 1 night we moved to a different hotel. The four points is a budget member of Marriott bonvoy. If you have high status as a bonvoy member, it doesn’t matter here. No hotel services at all. If you want a place to sleep with no frills stay here. Rooms remind me of budget motels. The rooms are clean, nice large screen TVs the hotel is a 25 minute walk to lake union and 15 minutes walk to space needle. We had a room facing the freeway, lots of traffic sound from the freeway.

Heat Wave 2021

I booked a room during the heatwave and was just so happy to have AC. But this is also a wonderful little hotel. Ash at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks for keeping me sane Marriott

Okay for a no-frills place to crash

Reviewed 7 march, 2020

Stayed here overnight on March 6, 2020, as part of a weekend road trip to Portland. Staff surprised me with an upgrade. Originally booked a deluxe double room, got a two-room double king suite (room 412). There were a few things I pointed out to the staff that dampened the experience: Room was overall dimly lit, one of the rooms in the suite didn’t have outlets (they were sealed up with a cosmetic cover; the standing lamp wasn’t plugged in). My guess it’s because they’re in the process of renovating the whole hotel. Other than that, it was pretty much what I come to expect from a Four Points. There were flat screen TV’s in the common area of the suite and in each room, and complimentary coffee/tea/bottled water. I would still recommend this place as it has free parking in a diamond parking lot beside the hotel, and the rooms and common spaces appeared clean as far as I know. I’m a Marriott/Bonvoy Silver Elite member (ID# ends in 5022).
