Hotel contacted us in advance that the city is still under a lockdown and that they don't suggest to travel to Seattle. Because our flight was canceled anyway we followed their suggestions and canceled our non-refundable reservation a few day prior our travel date. Hotel did not insist in any money so this cancelation was at the end totally free of charges. I stayed at Moore Hotel a few years ago and was totally happy. Affordable prices, perfect location, clean rooms and a nice coffee shop near the lobby. Now they made a very good impression about their customer service as well. I would return any time for a short city trip into Seattle.

"What kinda hotel has a no visitor policy! Its a hotel! Visitors is their business! So we went back to Matt and explained what happened. One of the managers of the theater went over to talk to the manager in the hotel because the hotel owns the venue, but the thing that was really annoying to us was that we were the ones that were preforming at the venue, which directly affects the amount the room they sell. :( "

Excellent situation downtown/ friendly staff / roof clean quiet / separate bathroom and toilets / but not a problem/ breakfast available in small coffee shop next to the lobby/ we enjoyed our stay and recommand the place

Poor bathroom design has toilet up off the floor and it sticks out in front of the sink which i stubbed and broke my toe because of it. The bath had dirty towels bedding and curtains. The band played loudly so not going to bed early.

We booked 2 nights, the reception team were not very friendly and forthcoming to help us on suggestions and sites as tourists. The location is very good to walk to all major tourist attractions which is the reason we booked this particular hotel. The train from the airport dropped us about 10 minute walk with our luggage, so as expected. Not to expect too much from the rooms but they were clean and functional. However for $200 per night - could do a better job on upgrading it.
