I accidentally left my coat at this hotel, and when I called a week later to find it, the housekeeping team was kind enough to locate my coat and mail it to me. The service at this hotel is top notch.
Good location, Great stay 5 nights

Since we were staying 5 nights we wanted a place with more room and 2 bedrooms. We were making last minute reservations. This hotel fit the bill and we were very happy with our choice. Located across the street from the lake, there is a streetcr stop just outside the door and you are a 20-30 minute walk to almost any place you would want to go in the city. We walked most of the time. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We did not use the gym or pool facilities, but they were open. Due to COVID the breakfast was served so you went down, made your choices and brought the food back up to your room. Eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, juices. it was just fine. Because wer would be there 5 nights, I placed an Instart food delivery for snacks, juice, tea etc. just to have in the room. it was wiating for us when we arrived. In the area you will find Dukes Restaurant, and the Cask and Trotter which were both good, as well as a couple other restaurants which we did not try. Seattle Seaplanes is just down the street for your sightseeing pleasure.
Great family stay

Staff were great and helpful, we asked for a few things and they never acted like we were bothering them. Sky and breakfast crew thank you. Due to covid, you'll have to get extra items at front desk i.e towels extra pillows and blanket for sofa bed. Room 503 is a king bedroom suite with sofa. Comfortable, balcony with lake view. It was clean and comfortable. Attached the views it came with. A/c heater unit working well - nice and cool Room. Came with mini kitchen and full fridge which is great! If staying multiple days, you can make use of grocery deliveries to purchase necessities. Water at the front desk are $3 each. Pool is heated and was clean so was the jacuzzi. No reservations needed. Nice size, My kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was great ! It was to go style due to covid but it was hot breakfast :) There was milk, cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal , eggs, sausage, potatos , juice, biscuit -since we are staying in a place that has kitchen - you can probably toast your biscuit and prep your oatmeal in the room. Juice, milk. Orange juice and coffee available too. You are right across Lake Union with walking distance to some restaurants and taproom. You have more access on your fingertips if you use the Lake union rail line or bus 70 too and connect towards downtown. Easy to use. No cash? Use TransitGo app for the fares. Literally down the street when you exit the hotel. Right next door to Fred Hutch and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. Great hotel, great people - comfortable and quiet. Thank you for being nice.
Nice property, great location, great stay

We booked three one bedroom king suites for our party of ten (three adults, seven kids of various ages). The rooms had lake views, were clean and comfy, and the pool and breakfast were fine. The hotel also let us park our oversized Sprinter in their delivery area under the hotel, since it wouldn’t fit in their garage. The staff were nice and attentive. We enjoyed walking across the street to walk around lake Union, and the kids enjoyed the nearby playground, and we had several picnics over there using DoorDash. No complaints! A great stay.
Overpriced, inflexible policies, don't empower their people

Highs: Location right of highway Marriott property so at least I got points Lows: FOR THE PRICE OF THIS HOTEL STAY ELSEWHERE Rules that don't make sense Overpriced for what you get Loud street Dated property had just has cosmetic updates but is sub par for price I only stayed here because it was a Marriott. For the money, go stay elsewhere as this property should be at least $75 less for what you get. Room or basic at best, location is right off highway, door to lobby are locked at night and you have to ring or use a key to get in, and the street outside is loud. I was awaken to a group standing around watching one of their friends do doughnuts in the street. They also have inflexible rules and don't empower their people to make rational decisions. Case in point, I have a Bonvoy profile, and made the reservation via the app and secured it with my Credit Card. I went out to dinner and left my card at the restaurant. Upon check in they wouldn't let me use the card on file, yet if I no showed they would charge that card. Doesn't make sense for a frequent Bonvoy stayer like me. You deal with the traveling public, people lose things like credit cards, empower your people to make adjustments to rules if it makes sense. Luckily, the other person working the desk knew a workaround and had my check in on my mobile app. Its confusing because some Marriott properties don't even require the card when you check in, they just use the card on file.
