Don’t stay here if you have to park your car. We specifically reserved at this hotel because they told us they had parking, but when we arrive they said they were full and we will have to park on the street. As a result, our car was sideswiped. Other than that, it was quite nice.

The receptionist made us very welcome and later in the evening she made us some coffee. The hotel is modern, attractive and comfortable. Our room was not terribly large, but it had all that we needed and a comfortable bed. The outside terrace is very attractive with amazing views. The hotel is ideally suited for a visit to the magnificent Alcazar. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The hotel was excellent value for money. We will return if the chance occurs. The streets up to the hotel are terribly narrow and are signposted as being for hotel and local use only, so persist. Booking hotel parking is essential. It is prohibited to park in this part of the city without a hotel reservation.

Nice hotel, great location in town. A bit of a challenge driving and parking there but got it done. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel room had great views and a small patio. Room was clean and spacious however the bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

We chose to change our booking from another Segovia hotel at short notice due to the other hotel's lack of responsiveness to our queries. We are so glad that we did. From our first (rather last minute) contact with Hotel Don Felipe to the moment we left the service was superb. Communication was excellent and all our dealings with the reception staff were helpful, efficient and informative. The hotel itself is brilliantly positioned and close to everything you might want to see. Even the roman aquaduct, at the other end of the town, is only 15 minutes (pleasant) walk away. We were lucky enough to be given a fabulous room with an exceptional view of the alcazar and surrounding countryside. Our room was well equipped and, along with all public areas of the hotel, was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The views from the garden are gorgeous. We can't comment on breakfast as we were always too full from our previous evenings' meals. Parking in the hotel's carpark was easy and convenient. If ever we return to Segovia this is where we will stay. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it as THE place to stay in Segovia. I would like to thank Angel and all the other staff we dealt with for their exceptional service.

Location is perfect a short walk to the Alcázar on the Main Street, staff is friendly, breakfast actually very good for 9 euros. There is a carpark and a terrace with amazing views. I could not fault this hotel and would highly recommend it.
