We stopped here after traveling 13 hours and just needed a break. This Hampton Inn exceeded our expectations. Front desk clerk was very helpful, the property was very nice looked like they had just completed a renovation. Rooms were very nice and extremely quiet. It’s in a little area with two other newish hotels and a Chilis.

Two nights here recently while attending the US Grand Prix F1 race in Austin, TX. This is a nice and convenient hotel, near to the road up to the track. Clean and quiet. Nice rooms, beds, and baths. Staff treated us excellent. There was a very nice and expansive breakfast in the mornings with a kind and efficient hostess lady taking care of the dining area. We loved this place and our stay. Convenient to all the places we went to, and right on the way. Thanks.

Needed an extra. Chair for a few hours. There were chairs everywhere and hotel had a lot of vacancies. Was not allowed to use another chair of any kind. Seemed unreasonable. Furniture cramped into a corner. No bags in trash cans

Doing full renovations and woke us up at 7am stomping on tile floor above us. Should not rent when renovating. Very expensive rooms too. Truckers revving their engines all night. Very thin walls. Awful loud tile floors. Cheap renovations. TV didn’t work and clerk said could not help. They allow pets which I didn’t know and I hate thinking of a pet on the bed and peeing on the floor! Disgusting place! Never again.

Nightmare stay due to renovations and poor customer service

I’d planned to stay here for a week and left before the end of the 2nd day. The property is under renovation and there are crews doing work everywhere. All the rooms around me were being worked on and the noise and clutter were relentless all day long. Towards the end of the 2nd day, I’d had enough. I called the front desk to ask to be moved to a room in an area that wasn’t being renovated. The woman to whom I spoke (whom is either the manager or owner), rudely interrupted me and told me to hold on. I held for a few minutes before she came back on the line. After I told her my concerns, she, again rudely, said, “The work isn’t going on all day.” Untrue — it was! Then she offered to move me to another floor. When I asked if it, too, was being renovated, her inadequate reply was, “Not as much.” I finally had to consult the booking company I’d used to make the reservation and they were able to cancel my stay for me. What a nightmare!
