We had a great experience in Amber Lombok, it's definitely a different type of stay, this place is absolutely a perfect spot to unplug, yet provide great WiFi to connect to the world, as I was catching up some deadline from work, the swimming pool is something else, it is right in front of the pristine calm beach, so relaxing, Definitely will come back again

We spent six nights at this beautiful resort - the whole experience was 5/5 - comfortable and stylish villas, amazing choice of great and reasonably priced food suitable for all tastes, stunning pool and beachside restaurant plus spa. The staff were so helpful and friendly - great with families and children of all ages were made to feel welcome. It’s isolated so no other options to eat / drink next to the resort and no markets in walkable distance for food if you want to self cater. But the choice at the restaurant is great for a week long stay, if you budget to eat there each day. Would recommend Amber for a quiet, relaxing stay in one location.

Actually still on holidays there, it’s a lot of things not working well in this resort. 1. Room is very noisy, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing .(they propose me to change but not with a sea view as I booked so I declined) 2. At the restaurant, they have trainee who make a lot of mistakes during the service, bring the wrong food, come to pick up your plate even if you do not finish your meal. As well they put you in a hurry around 9,00pm because kitchen need to close … It’s very sad because this place is amazing with a wonderful view but their staff need a huge training to improve. I will not come back here as the value for money does not worth it at all

We had an amazing stay at the Amber Beach Resort. The staff went above and beyond and accommodations were great. Lombok is incredibly beautiful, and the employees at Amber we met made our trip very special. Alihandro is the best bartender, his service was world class and his drink recommendations never disappointed. Zian, Reggi, Rendi, Muhalis and the rest of the wait staff were incredibly professional and fun to talk with. We hope to return to Amber soon and can’t recommend it enough.

We spent 3 incredible days at Amber Beach Resorts. The staff made our time special, authentic, and welcoming. Especially Adi, who went out of his way to ensure our stay was amazing. He greeted us by name, attended our every need, and gave us really helpful local advice for our trip around Lombok. We would definitely come back to Amber to stay. We would definitely recommend investing in mosquito nets in their rooms.
