Lovely stay and lovely hotel with a chilled vibe.

Kashantee Village is a really nice hotel located on a side road away from the hustle and bustle but still minutes away from a main street strip with restaurants, bars and stores. I loved the stay here, really friendly staff. The food was amazing.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel definitely needs an upgrade, the walls had cracks in them (which ants were living in) scuffs on the walls and just generally outdated throughout. We had a terrible issue with ants in our Bungalow, and when we told the reception they didn’t seem to care much even though our toothbrush was completely covered in ants! They did come eventually and spray the ants, but they returned not long after, so we couldn’t leave any of our toiletries on the bathroom benchtop. This was our fourth accomodation of our 14 day holiday in Bali and safe to say we were very happy to be leaving upon departure. The reception staff weren’t very welcoming when we would come/go and we generally didn’t have a good feeling about staying here. At this price point you would definitely expect better.

Not what it used to be in the pictures

This place needs a renovation. The rooms and facilities look nothing like they were on the pictures in their glory days. Also after traveling in Bali for a longer period i was shocked with how bad the service and facilities overall were. Bad wifi, no beach towels, no greetings when we came back or left, overpriced drinks (40k for small water), no water refill and the list goes on. It would be fine in the lower price segment but it was not.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay to end our tour of Bali.

- Hotel staff attentive, was able to arrange taxi's no problem for excursions / airport. - Spa opposite hotel was a good experience / good value for money. Lovely massage. - Despite smell, room was very clean and tidy. Bed very comfy, wide range of TV channels including sports channels. Disliked - Not an improvement for the hotel but worth noting we found the location to be a little far out if you're looking to walk to Seminyak Square / Flea Market & places to eat. (20min walk, best route - up the beach if you don't mind sandy feet). - Limited vegan options on hotel menu. - Our fault however assumed this was a beach front hotel. It isn't, 5min walk which was fine / easily accessible. - Off-putting drainage smell in hotel room. (deluxe double room). - A/C was loud / clunky, found it hard to get to sleep with it switched on occasion.

The lobby are very unique...having such an ancient vibes looking by the architecture they put in the main entrance, and what I didn't expect from this property are their room. They have such a spacious room with a very large bed, perfect for a family with children. The room are nice but maybe need a little attention for chair and curtain inside. The staff are helpful and friendly. Overall is nice to stay here and very recommended.
