This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Very clean and the lobby was decorated for Christmas and inviting. The breakfast was so filling (not expected) and was VERY GOOD - money saver! Highly recommend this hotel The only drawback is the location (closer to the Interstate than Pigeon Forge), but backroads were helpful

I really appreciated this place! Quiet, clean, nice size, friendly staff, and easy to get into and out of. Shopping and food near by and a short drive to pigeon forge (15 to 20 minutes) I would stay here again!

Surpassed expectations - the location was convenient to an event we were in town for. Check-in was smooth, the room was large and very nice / clean. The breakfast was awesome - full hot breakfast with many options. Would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel located just 10 minutes from busy Pigeon Forge area. Allows you to he close to all the fun things to do without being in the crowded tourist area. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Full continental breakfast includes fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and biscuits with gravy every morning.

It was a very busy place. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable and clean. Clean and comfortable is very important to us. The balcony did need a little cleaning. Our room was not cleaned as we stayed 5 nights. We exchanged towels in the halls with the housekeeping and that was ok. They did come in on the 3rd day and emptied trash. The breakfast was ok. Could not check in early although the woman that I spoke to durning reservation stated that I probably could. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again
