We were there at 4 pm to check in. There were no employee to help us. There were phone numbers to call, no answer. We ate our lunch we brought in the common area, still no employees around. I walked around the entire hotel, still no one. An hour later we decided to leave. As we headed for the front door a lady appeared out of no-where and claims she had been watching us on a security camera for over an hour. This was very unsettling and down right creepy. This hotel is dirty and just awful in every way. We were guaranteed a refund, but that hasn’t happened either. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Wyndham, hopefully they close this hotel, it is just horrible and the staff is creepy and they lie. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. We were here for a funeral and this was such an awful experience. Sincerely, Beth Pohlman

Filthy, filthy filthy. They did not clean the room just simply made the beds and refolded the terry from the last occupant. It smelled so bad almost could not bear it. The toilet was not bolted to the floor making it near impossible to use. Do not stay at this hotel. It needs to be condemned.

Great place to spend the night

We just needed a place to spend the night reasonably close to Sidney as that town doesn't have accommodations. Super 8 Shenandoah was clean, comfortable, quiet, and reasonably priced. The desk clerk was very courteous, he showed us to our room (I can't remember the last time that happened, much less at a mid-level motel) then met us at the side door when we pulled around to bring in our luggage to make sure we noticed something that had been set along the walk temporarily so that we wouldn't trip over it.

Quiet, clean, and reasonably priced

My father and I stayed one night to attend my aunt’s funeral. Our room was clean and quiet. Checking in was a breeze too, and we were escorted to the room by the manager who demonstrated how to adjust the temperature and where the ice and vending machines were located.

I’m happy with my stay upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the front desk. overall, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the room has a nice style. felt like home. the breakfast was delicious. They had biscuits, gravy and the coffee. this was a great experience. I appreciate the staff. front desk was quite friendly and very helpful. we had stay here here for visiting and I was not disappointed!! I would gladly come back.
