Trust me, when I say perfect stay! I really mean it. I am traveling from Dallas to Montana for business and my vehicle starts to give me problems on the highway. The Hampton Inn in Sheridan, Wyoming saved me and my emergency to find a nice hotel that was conveniently off the highway …
There was plenty of parking and the staff was very accommodating… The room was clean and comfortable. Trust me, when I say it is the perfect stay!!!
Average Hampton; nearby Buffalo location is superior

First time at this Hampton, though have stayed at countless Hamptons both in and out of the US (Lifetime Diamond). Location is very handy for driving; near exit for highway 90. Not much in walking distance as far as restaurants, but folks staying here will likely have driven here. Room was not well-cleaned or in good repair. Stained carpet, black streaks and smears on walls. Ripped bedding with fraying strips of fabric trailing on the floor. Overhead light in bathroom not working. Told desk about it shortly after checking in; when checked out 2 days later, the light was still out. Hairs in bathroom sink and on floor. Crumpled Walmart bags in dresser drawer. (Didn't look inside to see their contents). Partially empty soda bottle in room fridge. These are the sorts of things that shouldn't be happening in a hotel room. Vending machine out of order during my stay. Did not use pool, so cannot comment on that. No issues with noise from the outside or the highway. Was able to very clearly hear the converstions of folks in the next room, though. Shower head provided the frequently-seen water-saving minimal flow of water, making shower time twice as long as usual to get a good rinse. Many Hamptons have this problem. Cannot comment on breakfast. Not a big fan of the Hampton pre-fab breakfasts. Like the real made-to-order eggs or pancakes. Highly recommend the Cowboy Cafe in downtown Sheridan, though. That and the drive-through Starbucks are a better bet for me in Sheridan. Not a horrible stay, but with the superior Buffalo property just a short drive to the south on the highway, I would stay there the next time I am in the area.

I highly recommend the Hampton Inn. Well run, super clean. Friendly staff. I won’t stay anyplace else next time I visit.
Not far from the downtown and on a hill so you can see out to the Bug Horn Mountains.

I usually love Hampton Inns, I stay because I have an expectation of their service, cleanliness, and overall pleasant experience. This particular Hampton Inn fell short with cleanliness, there were red sheets in our room, the bedside table was dirty and the staff was not super friendly. Kind of disappointed. Would not recommend, Which is a bummer because I really like Hampton Inns, especially traveling with my young family. It will make me think about staying in one twice next time
Don’t stay here

Would not stay there again. It is in poor condition and needs updating immediately. Staff were as helpful as could be in their attempts to fix broken items. Like every other city, understaffed and work.
