An elegant hotel in the center of Side. A perfect place for autumn and winter holidays. Directly in front of the hotel there is a whole range of shops and service outlets. Rooms small but equipped with everything you need. Minibar replenished daily with soft drinks and beer. Delicious food in the form of very rich buffets - only it is worth changing the way of frying omelettes (they are not very tasty when fried with the wrong fat). Excellent service in restaurants and bars, which even guesses the needs of guests - the only remark: very poor knowledge of English among the staff, which sometimes causes awkward or funny situations. Well organized Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner. The New Year's Eve party did not cause any inconvenience to the guests who did not participate in it (apart from the not very successful and noisy DJ performance before and after midnight). Massages offered by the hotel spa at a high level. Prices in the spa and at the hotel hairdresser are very affordable (it is not worth looking for a massage outside the hotel, because the price is pleasing, and the quality and hygiene outside the hotel leaves much to be desired). The hotel deserves its 5* rating.

An elegant hotel in the immediate vicinity of the beach. A bit older than other Side Star hotels. Delicious food, very varied. One outdoor pool but sufficient. Bar by the beach and by the pool. Close to shops and the ancient city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Honest and open people, very cordial. We've been here several times and we're always delighted, so we'll be back more than once :)

This hotel is really nice, the people who work here are very friendly. The hole week there is background music. If you want to go on a vacation in turkey you should go to the side star beach hotel! Yunus and viktoria are great people!

If you are looking for a hotel with excellent location ( 1 km from the historic Side town ) walking distance from many shops, 100 mtrs from the beach, this is your hotel :) Very nice , well furnished, all facilities are always very clean and being take care of. All staff very friendly and helpful. Great selection of delicious food. Thumbs up , I am definitely coming back next year.

Just come back from a week at this hotel. Positives - lovely, spotless hotel, food good and location great. The staff and animation team work tirelessly. however wouldn't go back due to the following: Negatives - Guests - this hotel and Side in general, seems very much focised on its German guests. Ehen we stayed the majority of the guests were older Germans, although no issues with that, we did miss the usual chats and banter with others. Came with TUI, no information on board in English, about flights or to notify guests when rep in the building. Everything is expected to be done on the App. We really missed getting an invite to the welcome meeting and having the more personal service thstxwe used to have. Feels like you are left on your own and due to the staff predominately speaking German, left us feeling very much a minority. Spa- very hard sell, asked for a price list to take away...wouldn't/couldn't give me one, was given a 'consultation and told I needed three treatments for my swollen ankles! Then quoted me €99 for a list of treatments I didnt want! I just wanted a massage! Very off putting and for the first time on holiday, never had a massage or spa treatment. Drinks - you can drink all you like of the local alcohol, as there is no way you will get drunk on it as so weak! So in summary, I would totally recommend this hotel to German travellers. You will not be disapointed!
