Amazing customer service. Good sized one-room king suite with GREAT AC! QUIET hotel.

The front desk allowed me to check in early and moved my king bed suite room to the first floor for even faster wi-fi after I told them I had a Zoom Meeting. I had to ask for help MANY TIMES during my stay. (I even locked myself out at one point.) Everyone was so kind and friendly. I was particularly grateful for the high-quality AC. It was 100 degrees outside. I had stayed at other hotels along the way and not all of them could keep up with the extreme heat. This Comfort Inn & Suites used Frigidaire AC units. It was a brand name I recognized so perhaps their choice of the brand helped. All the bedding and towels had the softness and comfort I have come to anticipate when I book with Comfort Inns. (Other Comfort Inns have deteriorated since 2020, but this hotel has kept up the standards.) It is near lots of restaurants, and I also found a Kroger Grocery nearby. I will DEFINITELY stay here the next time I am in the area.

Do not recommend

Do not recommend for the following reasons: 1. Holes in bedsheets 2. No toilet paper, had to ask for new roll 3. Drain in shower wouldn’t stay up 4. Smelled like it used to be a smoking room 5. TV screen is really small; the resolution does not match the size of the TV and can’t be adjusted appropriately. 6. Carpets seemed dirty. 7. Toilet hadn’t been flushed when first walked in; there was used toilet paper and a shirt tag in the toilet?!? What the heck?!?

Very Good stay and location for me

Giving it a 5 because I could not find anything wrong plus there were 4 sets of towels for a king suite. Often two queen bed suites only have 2 or maybe 3 sets of towels. There were plenty of electrical outlets. The refrigerator was a little larger than most plus it had a freezer. The breakfast was about average but the lady in charge of it went out of her way to be sure everyone was taken care of and she kept the place clean. Come on Trip Advisor, how would I know about employee benefits, was it empty for 24 hours or doctors on call. Please do not ask.

Won’t stay again

I would not recommend this motel. Bed was hard. Bathroom the shower curtain was about to fall off wall, hair and makeup on shower wall and front of tub had dried dirty water down the front. TV you could barely hear , the volume would not go up on it.

My wife and I enjoyed early check in for our 1 night stay using a hotel Pre Pay. A receptionist behind glass quickly checked my prepayment and issued our key cards. We took the single elevator up to the 2nd floor to #202. The large carpeted room began with a closet with refer, micro and coffee across from the bathroom with tub shower, then an easy chair and a very comfortable king bed across of the dresser with TV (100 channels) then a working desk. We had good open WiFi, unobtrusive window AC/heat, a lovely heated indoor pool that we used and a small gym that was closed. Covid signs were posted and staff and guests were compliant solely with distancing. The 6 AM breakfast buffet has been reduced to merely fruit juice and packaged donuts with coffee. Location is off the main road next to the Factory Outlet, MacDonald's, Burger King and 1/2 mile west to Food Giant. We had a good stay at this quiet and clean 63 room hotel paying $87 per night.
