I had no problems with the staff. The rooms had water damage, holes in wall, and a leaking shower head to name a few. The place is set back from the road, in a walmart shopping center. Had booked spur of the moment, with no cancellation. Will not stay here again.

Best economy motel that I've stayed in in years. Clean, efficient, affordable, good location in walking distance for meals and shopping. Pool was excellent and well maintained. Would recommend it and stay here again on my next visit to the Simpsonville/Greenville area.
Are you kidding me?!?!?!!

My sewer line collapsed at one of our rentals and when I went to book a room the front desk kid had to call his manager. When she asked my name she said she wouldn’t rent me a room for my tenants. Little does she know I own the development south of old 40 and have several crews of people coming in from out of town for several weeks and we will be needing multiple rooms. Maybe think twice next time you discriminate against your guests🤔!! Update: Best Western and Super 8 were both willing to accommodate us and I would highly recommend either over these guys!

My Mother is 93 years old and has a wheelchair. We were assigned a disability room. Upon inspection we realized that we would not be able to reasonably navigate her chair within the room. We had to close the door and then store her wheelchair behind it. I immediately cancelled the second night but the manager refused to cancel the first night. The manager would not even listen to what I considered reasonable objections. Suffice it to say I will never stay there again.

It was a very nice stay, friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was also as promised complimentary and nice. We had a nonsmoking room and it did not smell like smokes. Overall it was a very good stay.
