Service not the best. My request was not considered. I have a hard time walking, our was not close at all to any entrance or ground floor. Carpet dirty. Desk clerk when checking out stayed on her computer without even looking at me when I ask questions.
Hoping for a fun family weekend...not a policed event!

We were excited to spend a night away and had four rooms booked for a three year olds birthday party. Unfortunately, the waterpark pools were very cold and immediately the kids wanted to warm up but the hot tub was not only off limits but policed constantly as if that was the only important job they had...keep kids OUT of the hot tub! The kids were ready to go back to the room very soon just to warm up! We ordered pizza from Bosses Pizza and the order was wrong. We reordered another and it didn't come. Were given a dessert pizza to make up for that but it was overcooked. Also, we were eating in the designated area but were told that we had to leave with the birthday cake, even though we were still eating pizza that we purchased there. We will not be going back. The beds were comfortable but sadly, the waterpark was a fizzle. Also, no breakfast is kind of a deal breaker by itself when you pay a good price for a room.
Not even a 1 star. Absolutely terrible.

If you stay at this hotel - you will find out on your own how terrible it is. I can get past the dirty, outdated, extremely expensive rooms, I really can. What I can’t get past is the worst customer service you’ll ever experience. Hands down. If you care at all about rules and teaching your children the difference between the right way and the wrong way, so they grow up to be contributing members of society and good Americans, do NOT stay at this hotel - because their actions will teach your kids the opposite. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or any other hotels by this company, again. I realize it’s a place to lay your head for the night, and it may not matter to you how the staff treats people and enforces rules. My guess is, the rooms themselves will be enough to say no for most. But there’s far better places to lay your head folks, far better. Oh, and don’t question them about their inconsistencies is rule enforcement - they WILL call the police on you, even when they are CLEARLY in the wrong.
Looks can be deceiving! NOT family friendly!!

The fun police are after your kids! New policy, no kids in the hot tub. Ever. So they have a pirate ship and a nice water slide but if your kids lips are blue and shivering... to bad. Don't even think about sticking your feet in to warm up. So the weekend with the family to celebrate was filled with crying toddlers and angry parents. Everyone there was mad at the management and some were playing the game of waiting for the fun police to be distracted so they could dip their kids in the hot tub for a quick second, it was pitiful. They gave some excuse about the rule but even my 7 year old could tell it was BS - it doesn't solve the problem, it just makes it worse for everyone else. The front desk could care less - reservations are non refundable - and I was even told to buy coffee from the restaurant when I asked for more coffee for the room... I had took extra coffee from off of a cleaning cart in the hallway to have an extra warm beverage. I will never give them business again and strongly recommend you take your family somewhere else when you visit Sioux Falls.
Bloody sheets and terrible service save your money!!

Don’t waste your money. This place was a yearly tradition. Kids under 13 can’t go in the hot tub even with adults, we got yelled at for splashing water out of the slide as we were going down, blood on our sheets when we got there, the lady made me change the bedding kids couldn’t jump in the pool as it splashed people, no free breakfast paid $60 for ice cold buffet breakfast. Terrible customer service. Can’t be in water park without bracelet so better for kids to be unsupervised then a parent in there watching their kids. Cops were called on numerous people. Air conditioner didn’t work in our room, remotes didn’t work for the tvs bathroom door didn’t shut. Can’t bring outside food only allowed to order expensive food from s Boss’s, tables were dirty. Was told I would get a discount haven’t gotten it, actually got charged twice and they told me the one charge would come off and it still hasn’t came off.
