What a wonderful B&B. I can't say enough good things. We stayed in the family room, a clean, beautiful room with a large bed and two twin beds, perfect for a family of four. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. Coffee and cake was served in the afternoons. A large selection of books, games, and dvds provided evening entertainment for the family. The hotel is located across the road from a playground, which was a wonderful bonus. Careful measures were taken regarding covid, so I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation and would highly recommend.

Had an excellent stay, host Liza was very welcoming. Room and communal rooms very clean and tidy, bedroom very spacious and had all you needed and private bathroom. Breakfast was amazing and a good variety you could pre order at the start of your stay. Tea and cake offered in the afternoons in the dining room. Followed the COVID-19 guidelines and put everyone at ease. Plan to stay here again in the future. Only negative we could find was the parking as it was on street parking and unable to get a place near B&B due to being busy. Around a 10-15 min walk down hill into Whitby it’s self.

Good location with street parking.5 minute walk to town centre.Breakfast is fresh ingredients and cooked to order - extra bonus - a free afternoon tea/ coffee and cake between 2 and 5pm.Room and bed was comfortable though TV a bit small so maybe bring an ipad ! Lovely,homely house and a warm welcome

Stayed a couple of nights here. Fab location, lovely house, really clean, warm and comfortable, superb value for money. Great breakfast, accommodating couple. Games and dvds available. Wished we'd booked for longer, we'll definitely come again thank you!

Whitby Goth Weekend

What a lovely place this is, with the nicest owners you could ever wish to meet.The whole hotel is immaculately clean and fresh,nothing is too much trouble for our wonderful hosts. Breakfast was excellent and the free afternoon tea was lovely when we came back in the afternoon from being out all day as it is from 2-5, however it is a good job I don't live here permanently as the homemade cakes that come with afternoon tea are absolutely fabulous and I'd be the size of a house haha! Seriously though you could simply not go wrong staying here, it was lovely and quiet too as there are just three rooms and it is situated just a short walk out of the centre ( 5 mins ) so even though Whitby is at its busiest on these Goth weekends, we still had peace and quiet to come back to. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, this was our first break away in 18 + years and we were so glad that we stayed here. We did try to re book for April's Goth Weekend but they were already booked up, but we do hope to return one day. If I could give 10 stars I would.
