Clean
The room was extremely clean. I like my bed to be softer but I can’t hold that against the hotel as that’s just a personal preference. The hot tub was great. Hot water in shower could come out a smidge faster. Slamming guest room doors woke me up a few times.
Filthy
Went thru three rooms all dirty. Poop on the toilet. Dirt / mud chunks on carpet. Silica pack an dirt in one bed hair an dirt on another bed. Couldn't believe buggers on hallway walls. Just gross. All corners were full of dirt. Walls were all marked up an dirty.
Venedia's WINGATE!!!
Venedia is the best nice mean person ever. I found her to be friendly, courteous, helpful, and positive. Oh and she stayed busy working on things in hotel. She turned the end of my long day into a good night. Thank you Venedia.
Thanksgiving Getaway
Quick efficient check-in and check-out. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Extremely helpful and friendly staff (Amber, Paige, and, most especially, Rose!). No breakfast due to Covid, but plenty of eateries in the area. Kudos all around.
My stay at Wingate by Wyndham
Over room was clean decor was nice, bedding seemed a little subpar. Location was good for my needs. There were many restaurants nearby. Easy access off and on highway I10. A short trip into the city of New Orleans
