Despite covid, everyone came through with flying colors

Reviewed 17 january, 2022

I have spent many happy times at the Timberline, the most recent being January, 2022 in the midst of covid/omicron which had hit many of the employees not just at The Timberline, but across the entire area. Nevertheless, the level of service did not suffer one iota and Snowmass was completely open and running normal hours. Honestly, I don't know how they did it. My studio unit was clean and comfortable for just me. Although it was just opposite the front lobby, I heard no noise from there, or units adjacent/above me. As a bonus, Incline Ski Shop now operates a satellite on the property obviating a trip to the mall to rent equipment. I was ill for two days and did not ski. The fellow in the ski shop did not charge me for the days I did not ski !!!!!!

Great condo, on-site restaurant

Reviewed 3 october, 2021

Great, comfortable beds. Quiet bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen Facilities: gym way better than average, two hot tubs + pool, laundry + change machine We had maintenance issues, refrigerator leaking, faucets leaking underneath, clogged shower drain. Maintenance is on staff and can take care of it quickly when they know about it. Sometimes the front desk forgets to tell them however.

Worst stay ever!

Reviewed 27 august, 2021

First, they are way overpriced. Second, there is no air conditioning which was not made clear at the time I booked the room. We went in August and the afternoon temperatures were 95 degrees. They give you a fan and tell you to open the patio door. That's great however room 214 is literally across from the outdoor pool. So by leaving the door open say good bye to any privacy and hello to the sound of kids screaming in the pool. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. Maybe they are better in the winter but this place sure sucks in the summer.

Great stay...TERRIBLE on site restaurant.

Reviewed 27 august, 2021

My girlfriend and I came here on a whim looking for somewhere to stay that had a pool, hot tub, and close enough to hiking and Aspen. We stayed in a studio style condo that had easy access to the pool and other amenities on site. The pool could have been tended to a bit more (skimmed) but there were always fresh towels and guy who reset the pool side furniture any time someone left it out of place. The kitchen had decent stuff to cook with induction stovetop, a small mini fridge, and stocked with dining ware. Stay away from the restaurant on premises. The food is simply not prepared well and you'd be better off heading down to the bottom of the hill and getting food in the shopping area or mall. We ordered a burger and mussels and fries. The mussels were not even cooked properly. They weren't open. The burger they asked us what temperature we wanted it and it came out over cooked; what was the point of asking then??? Anywho, the restaurant on site does not reflect the rest of the stay. They have two lots of parking and I was always able to find a spot.

Excellent customer service

We decided to extend our stay by a several days, not once but twice, and did not have a place to stay; Hope, the front desk manager, was most accommodating and patient with us. She allowed us to customize our stay and always had a smile on her face. The Timberline is very convenient to the mountain. The Edge Restaurant located on site is great. It was really nice to have a well appointed kitchen, especially since Covid guidelines were in place.
