We had the worst experience all because of one employee, the one working the 2nd shift. Started off by making us feel uncomfortable during our stay but he really crossed the line the day we checked out. When we got home, we realized there was another charge for $277 so I called the property to see what was going on. He answered and after I told him the situation, he said I needed to hold because he was in the middle of a check-in. Then hung up! I called back and he would pick up and hang up. This happened 8 times!!! Still haven’t been able to speak with anyone because he’s the only one working there at the moment and obviously he is refusing to help us.
Admit cleanest hotel in town but Managment is the worst.

I travel for living. Stay in J'Ville monthly. Shift work so sleep odd hours. Have had multiple conversations with manager regarding Housekeeping beating on doors with sign out, loud conversations in hall, ect. So we reached an agreement about 2 months ago they would make every effort to honor my sleeping schedule. So this trip, MGR checked me into a smaller room that I had reserved weeks in advance and didn't mention it. Went to room and discovered now what I had reserved and returned to desk. Was told my reservation was booked to to other workers on longer stay contract. Then I asked about changing the rate to reflect the smaller room. He had not done that. Really???? The day before I checked out I stopped by desk to organize a late check out. Clerk wrote name, room and time on card. I came in at 6 am from overnight shift, due to be out by 1230. 1037 knocking on door and no announcement and then they tried to open door. Again with no announcement. SO I am now awake. Not happy, so got up to shower, then phone rang. So out of shower and rang desk where desk person proceeded to remind me 1100 was check out. I told them 1230 was arranged and he blamed the "new person" for stuffing this up. I admit it is the cleanest hotel in J'Ville but again, the management is the least competent or maybe least customer friendly than most of the other places I have stayed in town.
Now the manger call me "BRO" at check in more than once. I am old enough to be his father, plus have advanced professional degrees and lots of titles other than "Bro". Very disrespectful. I am a Diamond level in Choice hotels and have never had such poor customer service and never ever had to discuss these issues with management at any hotel in the world more than once. So My Advice is just grab one of the other hotels in the parking lot and avoid this one.
Great hotel with good staff and breakfast

Our second visit was as good as our first. Stopped here on our way through town for a respite. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. The breakfast the next morning was tasty and a welcome sight. We were not sure what COVID restrictions would allow, but we were able to enjoy a nice hot breakfast. Again the staff was nice and friendly as well as helpful.
There was a baseball tournament nearby so a lot of kids in the hotel. This made the noise level pretty high, but that wasn't the hotel or staffs fault. They tried to quiet them down, but the very large group of kids and adults didn't seem to want to comply. The majority of them stayed in the lobby most of the night which made checking in complicated due to the noise levels.
Overall, even with the noise issues, we were able to relax and rest before a day of travel. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are passing through.
Clean, friendly comfortable stay

The hotel was clean throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. Our room had a walk-in shower which you don't see in hotels, but was nice. Complimentary coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge made time in the room more convenient.
The breakfast was excellent. Many options and everything we had tasted good. Because they have to cook for so many people they do have to stay on the bland side, but they have salt, pepper and other condiments to help add flavor where you want it. Everything was fresh and hot, or cold where necessary. I prefer a nice hot breakfast so this definitely ticked a box for me.
Another box that ticked for me was the fact that they have outlets everywhere that aren't hidden by furniture. All of the tabletop lamps had at least one outlet and the alarm clock had USB ports. This is something that is becoming more common in hotels, but still something I appreciate when it's available.
The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. And the bathroom was spacious which I find a positive always.
Contact-free check-out was refreshing and safe for the staff and guests.
We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Had stayed at this Sleep Inn about a year and a half ago when it initially opened. On that visit everything was brand new and my stay was great, thus the repeat stay. I can say the employees and management team have continued to impress me. The check in experience was fast and courteous and our room was very clean. The morning breakfast offered a nice variety of options. Once again, a very satisfied guest. I only travel to the Jacksonville area so often but this hotel will continue to be my choice for business in the area. I highly recommend.
