Nice Resort. Studio room had 2 double beds. Room had microwave, mini fridge, mini stove with pots/pans, silverware utensils. On site parking lot fills up quick. Hot sauna room was not working for 2 days. Good location in south lake tahoe.
Anything you can do about the weather? Actually, it is as we expected and we are enjoying it very much!

Wonderful location and facility from which to venture out! You cannot beat Lake Tahoe for the views! Doing laundry on a snowy day keeps one occupied! McDonalds is close for that hot cup of coffee! The trip around the lake was exciting since the all day rain has swollen streams and points of convergence.

The resort is nice and the location is great. The area offers access to a large number of hiking trails, several casinos and many restaurants. The natural beauty is breathtaking. Only wish we could hike more trails in 7 days!

We had a very nice and very big room. It was like a sute with one room and one living room, with a kitchen with all your needs in a kitchen. We didn't got a room with fool lake view but for one night it was enough for us. The staff were friendly and very nice.

My daughter booked a room at the Lake Tahoe Resort on Priceline for arrival last week for a concert. Due to the nearby fire and mandatory evacuation of the city of South Lake Tahoe where the Lake Tahoe resort is located, the hotel shut down and evacuated all guests while not allowing new arrivals such as my daughter to register. My daughter contacted Priceline in an attempt to receive a refund but was told they had to contact the hotel first to verify it was closed due to a life threatening event. They informed my daughter that they could not reach anyone at the hotel to verify (you think, THEY WERE EVACUATED) and told her to contact the hotel for the refund. After the mandatory evacuation was lifted for the city of SLT, my daughter contacted the hotel personally and requested a refund but was told because she did not cancel the room she would be charged the entire $500.00. Numerous calls were made both to Priceline and Lake Tahoe Resort with neither willing to budge on the refund. I will say that when my daughter booked the room on Priceline she booked a non refundable room, but a life threatening incident where a city is Mandatorily evacuated and the hotel has closed not allowing guest to register, a refund should be given to all that booked a room and not able to stay due to events beyond their control. Thank you Priceline and Lake Tahoe Resort you are a great example for others to follow!
