My flight was cancelled so I called them immediately but because I had to cancel the day prior they would not grant me a refund. They were not sold out and they still had an opportunity to sell that room to another customer, yet "act of god" (lightening hit incoming plane which caused my cancellation) meant I could not get to their hotel. I ended up spending over $1600 at other Hiltons in the next coming week of vacation but they didn't care. Staying away from all Hilton related properties due to their lack of Customer Care

All the staff were more than helpful and kind, especially the front desk lady on mid day shift on our check in date Jan 16 2022, she ask me what else could do and I ask about rewards program, right there she subscribed me and also move us to a bigger bed room. Later, her suggestions were extremely helpful to move around the city and places to go. I have to mention the room the shower was extremely clean (no kidding, and I'm the person who travels with a couple of bed sheets and pillow case, my own Lysol, water sandals and hand towel, just in case). All hotel was very clean, (don't get me wrong you could tell some time has pass on things) I could notice people taking care of things every day. As well we notice the cleaning on the rooms... we were surprise to see they use steam for deep cleaning, the bedding they were changing you could tell it was freshly washed and steam (sorry I did get close enough to sniff XD) . the breakfast staff always more than welcome to help, to offer an extra coffee etc., even were kind enough to show me the brand of the waffles. (what can I say I love waffles and theirs were amazing) It's has been a while since I enjoy a stay so much, check in check out was so smoothly. Definitively would come back also hope all their hotels could copy a little bit of it, especially the way the front desk lady treat us. I hope some of you could appreciate as well as I did this hotel. Sorry to say next day because of late night meeting we stay on a hotel downtown SFO, stay away from it.

Terrible Hotel, nothing works

Terrible, nothing like the other Hampton inns at the airport on in the area. Hidden charges, overcharges, and the worst of the Silicon Valley feel, even if you are just in south San Fran. unprofessional staff, broken elevators and terrible mattresses. Save yourself the headache and go to a Marriott or the other Hampton Inn in Burlingame. I come to SF almost every week and have stayed at most Hilton properties in the area and this one is undoubtedly the worst, it’s put me off hiltons all together. And some weird room layout where you literally walk into part of the bathroom (the sink is by the door) and have to cross that to get to the bedroom Best of luck

With my husband this smaller Hampton Inn is a. Great deal and CLEAN, Super friendly and caring. I was having heart surgery and the staff prayed for us. Wonderful people. Just ask! They want to make you happy. After open heart surgery, they bent over backward for 5 weeks to make my husband comfortable and even offered a discount. When ever possible we are given a room closest to the lobby which I like, and we can grab a quick bite before we leave for the day. ALL the staff are friendly and amenable.

Hilton or Motel 6?

Very low end everything. Pillows were incredibly small and poor quality. Toilet paper was the thinnest I've ever seen. Un-drinkable in room coffee. When we went downstairs to get more at the free breakfast the carafe was empty. Terribly chaotic with people milling everywhere. This was a ridiculously small space for breakfast. I can't believe this is part of the Hilton chain. I do have a complement however. The general manager, Arjun, who checked us in was amazingly hospitable. He was the best part of this stay.
