What a sh!$#ole!!!!!!! The carpet is so dirty my sock bottems were black. People partying throughout the week at all hours of the night. And NO refunds. Id finally had enough and moved out. Upon asking the manager for a partian refund, I was summarily denied. Oh well.. Never again.
Worst experience of my entire life

DO NOT BOOK. The manager cancelled our rooms without warning because someone else offered to pay more (?!). We had driven 6 hours to be there. They did not offer any kind of refund. This appears to be common practice for the manager, Michael. The rooms also reeked of cigarettes and were visibly filthy.
Gross beyond belief

Omg this is the worst hotel we have stayed in! We couldn't leave fast enough. Sticky carpets tub and floors had cigarette stains just horrible!!! Of course we couldn't get our money back or we would have ran faster than we did.
Overpriced Motor Court in an Industrial Area
Reviewed 26 october, 2019
How creepy is the ParkView Inn & Conference Center? Let me count the ways. For $97.90 per night for a room with two double beds, we expected a room key that would unlock the door and a TV remote that would actually work, and we got neither. The photos on the website for this place are very misleading... it is not a proper hotel at all, but a huge, sprawling, run-down motor court with ancient plumbing fixtures that is located in some kind of industrial park. After checking in at the front office and driving all the way around the huge complex to find our room, the key card would not unlock the door... so we had to put all the luggage back in the car and drive all the way back to the office to get a new key card. Back to the room, only to discover the TV remote did not work... so, back to the office to get a replacement that did not work either. And it is so complicated to get on their WiFi that there is a half page is instructions. The room does have a fridge, but there is no microwave (apparently, there is a microwave available for guests’ use in one of the common areas). Breakfast is included, but based on the rest of our experience here, we think we’ll give it a miss and head straight into downtown Allentown for a restaurant. Let the buyer beware... this is not a hotel, it is a motel... and a bare-bones, poorly maintained one at that.

All I can say about this place is Ray, the clerk who took of care our check in was very caring of our needs and made sure we had what we needed. "Thanks Ray, your the best" There was no microwave, all else was good.
