Last Resort Only
Original room had cigarette burns on the nightstand. TV did not work. Furniture had holes in it and drawers wouldn't close. Seemed short staffed. Not enough breakfast for guests. Now I know why all other hotels were sold out and this one had plenty of rooms last minute.
Terrible
First of all the front desk lady was very unfriendly, then we walk back to the room and find there are holes in the wall. The wallpaper and trim are falling off the wall in the bathroom. There is no smoke detector in the room. The shower is set up for someone about 4’ 6” tall, I’m over 6’. There are no tv channels to watch they are mostly white static. The beds were completely wore out. The bathroom door doesn’t latch. It was seriously one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and for what we paid, I don’t believe we will ever stay at any of your hotels again. We were in room 115. Should try and make the pictures online match the rooms that are in the actual hotel, not rooms from another hotel. It was a very well executed bait and switch.
Would NOT Recommend
Room was very poorly cleaned. Popcorn under the bed, sticky stains on the sheets, stains on the walls. Additionally, the bathroom also had stains and unpleasant grime in the shower. Staff is very minimal and seemed to be absent whenever needed. It should be a one star hotel. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
No Masks!
The sign on the front door says "We require all guests to wear face masks," but nobody enforces it. Even most if not all employees DON'T wear masks, either. This seems irresponsible in the grip of a massive pandemic. Monument Health has all but pleaded for people to wear facemasks in the area.
not so good
We had to book on short notice and stayed here. the guy who checked us in did not say two word to us, the room is dated and not the cleanest. The next morning went to check out and another guest was having a heated discussion about room charges. Not a place we will be staying at again.
